Hi, I am The Tech Guru. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (from ETSU), and have been working on Computers for well over 15 years. Since my clientele has grown exponentially and have been so satisfied with my service, I have decided to expand my digital footprint by rebranding my business to The Tech Guru. I used to own TNJ Design and now I primarily focus on PC repair, support, upgrades, advice, etc. I can also still provide Web Development services as needed.
I went with the name The Tech Guru for one simple reason: I am, and always have been, the go-to guy for anyone and everyone who knows me, as it relates to computers & technology in general.
In addition to Technical Support for Computers, I also have the ability to root cell phones. I've also found that many people are now wanting to switch their smartphones from bigger providers to the less expensive, prepaid options, and I offer assistance with changing wireless carriers now as well.
