Nice and helpful but their phone keeps dropping out. Maybe it is better now. They seem good if they are not cheap.
Can you get cheaper rates online? Sure and that's what you get in times of trouble. Tervo agents stand with you. I tried on line insurance once and saved pennies and lost lots of dollars when I needed help! Never again. I really appreciate local and Tervo is a great agency.
