Just a couple of Canadian tourists, we stopped by The Texas Boot Company to get outfitted for the Bastrop rodeo. Julie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to look the part and enjoy our time in Bastrop. We were delighted with both our purchases hats and boots and the service. Casey and Kamry store manager were amazing! We came in two days in a row looking for boots for my fiancé and myself. First day with Casey was easy and informative. Second day Kamry helped me pick out my wedding boots and wow was I blown away! Not only did Kamry have patience but she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and heard. I have been to so many boot stores and this by far is my favorite! Thank you for making our wedding boots special!

Never Had a Bad Experience I can’t even begin to tell You How Much I Love this place! The Best boots you’ll ever find, anywhere, And believe me, I’m on all the boot sites looking to expand my new and growing collection…. Black Jack and Anderson Beans are always the best and You’ll find them Here! I wish the actual manufacturers did a much better job refilling store shelves, There’s a lot of boots I’d be placing an order for the day they arrived in, but have been watching the store shelves sit stagnate Because of the times We Live in, And I want to say that’s no fault of the store, it’s a shame though Because I wish I could buy More from them! My fiancée and I both bought boots here today and the service was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and patient. They have an excellent selection. 10/10 I will be recommending them and returning for more boots/hats/belts/ and clothing in the future.
If you're looking for boots and hats, this is the place to go. They have a very wide variety of styles and sizes and their staff is willing to help with any questions you may have. What I didn't like was all of the jeans and other clothing on the floor. It was folded, but it would be better if on a table. They had recently changed the flooring, so that could be the issue.
I took my daughters in to buy some boots and clothes for the rodeo in Bastrop last week. We had the best sales associates who really listened to what the girls wanted. Had so much fun trying on different boots and never felt like we were bothering them.
Wow! Super fast shipping! Boots I ordered were perfect! Even came with a returning shipping label incase of any issues and a hand written Thankyou note! Definitely will be a new repeat customer! Thankyou Texas boot company!
Wish I could rate the merchandise separately from the service. Flew in from out of state to buy some quality boots. Other than the girl at the counter nobody even spoke to us. The sales people were just caught up in their own conversation. I’d expect this in Cali but not Texas. You would figure if you’re dropping over a $1200 on some boots you would get some type of assistance. My Pops was also looking to get a pair of boots but like I said, nobody even approached us. Good thing the inventory is out on the floor. It’s doesn’t cost a penny to ask a customer if they are OK or if they need assistance.
