After months of looking and comparing I came to the Sugarland location and Dusty helped me finalize three different rooms of tile design. I am grateful for her help and excellent customer service. The manager Dustin assisted me after hours with pickup of additional tile, this was so helpful with the project timeline. We appreciate you!
Top quality, best selection, and design service in Ft. Bend!
We first visited this location in June, 2019. We were greeted by Tammy, a design consultant as soon as we walked in the door. We told her what our project was and she showed us the products that they had available that were best suited for what we were doing. Tammy was one of the most personable, knowledgeable and helpful persons that we have dealt with in a long time. Once we placed our order, she kept us informed as to the status and when the order was available for pick-up which was very quick. Tammy also contacted us after the sale to find out how our project was going and that if we needed any further assistance, to contact her at any time. Thanks to Tammy and the great selection of unique tile found at The Tile Shop, this will be our "go to" place in the future.
