Tin Roof staff is amazing. Furnished remodel with many of their quality items. Sometimes things are not right and the customer service to rectify has been above and beyond. We recently moved to Liberty Lake from Virginia. We found the Tin Roof company through our home builder and could not be happier. Tin Roof has a style for everyone’s taste and their prices are very competitive. If you don’t see what you like they can order something for you. For outstanding service ask for Tami Duty, she will go out of her way to support your needs and without any sales pressure. We had a great experience and will definitely go back often to see what’s new in stock.

I stopped by twice and was helped as I wandered around the store. My second time they recognized me and I felt welcomed and decided on a couch and it will be delivered. I can't wait. 5 stars for sure
The Tin Roof goes above and beyond. Be assured when buying furniture that The Tin Roof stands by what they sell. We had problems with lumpy seat cushions on our sofa and they quickly got the manufacturer to ship new ones, we haven't received them yet but they are on the way. 5 star customer service! Thank you.
I have always loved the Tin Roof but was very disappointed 1 1/2 yrs ago after buying a beautiful, expensive fabric couch. It pilled horribly on the seat cushions, I didn't buy the extended factory warranty so it wasn't covered. After calling, explaining & showing pictures, my sales person Scott Simpson connected me with Tami Duty from Customer Service and she went ahead and paid for new cushion covers herself just to make sure I was a satisfied customer! She went above and beyond since it really was the manufactures issue. Thank you both Scott and Tami for restoring my faith in your Customer Service and The Tin Roof!
Awesome store to by quality furniture from. The sofa we bought was a custom build. It was well worth the price and has exceeded our expectations. Marty and Mike the delivery guys did a great job too! Would highly recommend the Tin Roof!
Sam was the best rep we’ve had in all the furniture stores we’ve visited and we’ve visited a lot. Can’t wait to go back and purchase sofa and dining room chairs at least. Good selection, great service. Thank you.
