The Tooth is my third dentist since moving to Las Vegas and I have been so pleasantly surprised. The hygienists remember you and I’ve always been seen promptly at my appointment time and out quickly. I haven’t had any surprise billing issues with them, and I don’t feel like I’m being recommended work that’s not needed. Very happy overall!
The best dental office I’ve ever been to. I orig chose Dr. Nelson and his team from the high rating on social media. They did not disappoint. Great staff, awesome family atmosphere, and very detail oriented work. Had several amalgam fillings that I wanted replaced with non metals. Took 5 visits and and I am very pleased with the work. As long as I live in Vegas, they will be my only choice for dental work.
The Tooth Family did a great job on my Deep Cleaning. Went smooth and even after the numbing medicine wore off felt pleasant for the rest of the day. They also cleaned my son's teeth and he's 6, he was really nervous but know he knows the importance of flossing! Recommend them for all and we will not go anywhere else.
My family loves The Tooth Family Dental! The staff is friendly and professional and the office is clean and welcoming. They manage their time effectively and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen.The hygienist's do a great job and the dentist is friendly and knowledgeable. I've only had positive experiences over the past two year we've been patients.
My son is an autistic adult and had many bad experiences in the past with other dentists. On his first visit he came out smiling and said that he loved this dentist; so I made an appointment and was impressed with the office, the friendly office staff and the dentist. He is gentle, smart, professional and funny. He did a great work on my teeth and I highly recommend this office. Give them a try!
Their office is super unorganized and unprofessional! So in November they had advised that I should get a couple larger fillings crowned, nothing urgent that couldn’t have waited until January. Their staff had already called my insurance to verify coverage amounts before my appt was even over and had amounts on paper ready for me as I was checking out but apparently got it wrong and I ended up having to pay way more than anticipated! Not cool when I could’ve waited 2 months when insurance started all over in January. To top it off I didn’t even know about it until my next cleaning appt. I asked the manager to check into why I had this balance. And in the mean time They failed to give us a courtesy reminder call for my daughters appts, clearly because I had this balance due now. The manager was very rude and instead of apologizing said you ultimately made the appt and it’s your responsibility to keep track of them not them and said yes it was their fault with the mixup and took $500 off but ultimately it was still my obligation to pay what was due before they schedule anymore appts. If this is how you run your business you will never have recurring clients! Just beware and apparently double check with your insurance yourself because they have no clue what they are doing there! Apparently I wasn’t a customer worth saving and making things right with.
I love The Tooth Dental! My last visit was the first time I met with Dr. Neilson, and I was very happy with his work. He answered all my questions and concerns, as well as his staff! They always are helpful in communicating any information necessary.
Found this dental practice during Covid, when my own dentist wouldn't answer my call. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Nielson & his staff. He's been great to me from day 1 until now! He knows I fear the dentist, yet he makes me feel comfortable. 5 stars from me & my family!
Loved my visit. Dr. Nielson is very patient and did an amazing job at working on my dental care. Definitely recommend ! Skilled and experienced staff!
Dr. Nielson is Fabulous as well as his entire staff. Clean,friendly, & compassionate towards my anxiety. Makes going to the dentist bearable! Thanks mom for referring me to my new dentist!!!!
