My first time here and definitely not the last. Had one of the best massages. I feel absolutely amazing. Cheyenne was so wonderful and so were the whole staff. Super clean and neat place.

My first time here and it was such a great experience. Warm welcome from the reception staff who answered all of my questions about their products. Emily was so kind and brought a calming energy to the treatment. I did the facial and feel super hydrated and can notice a more defined jaw line. I am a big jaw clencher and this felt amazing to target those tight muscles.

I love this place! The staff is amazing from the front desk people and the massage therapists! Never had a bad encounter. I highly recommend them. You won't regret coming here, I feel amazing everytime I come out.

This Review is a few days late. But OMG okay, if you have not been to The Tox, this is your PSA, Run do not walk RUN on over there NOW! It was my very first time at The Tox in Studio City. I originally left with enough time to kill, but as LA traffic would have it, my GPS kept bumping my time of arrival. I called The Tox, and was nervous that I would miss out on my appointment mind you, I am a new mother and I had been rescheduling my appointment FOR MONTHS! I spoke with Larissa, and she was just the KINDEST person EVER! She assured me that i was okay and to just arrive safely. Once I finally parked you do have to find parking, no on-site parking I called them again and Larissa Amazing Larissa had actually moved the schedule around to be able to accomodate me! I had my massage with Michelle, and even though I was late, she walked me through everything with such patience it made me feel SO RELAXED!!!! After the service, I saw INSTANT results and you can feel everything happening when the massage is going on! Whoever the management is for this team, KEEP IT UP! Your staff is EXTRAORDINARY! I've been in this industry, and have visited many different medical spas, spas, etc. and this team is the best of the best! Thank you Tox Team! Side note: I wish there was a membership we could purchase!

This is my fourth session. My therapist was amazing! She answered all my questions about the massage procedure and listened to my pressure requests. You could really see a difference in the before and after photos.
