I am a 20 year old college student who has been training for 3 years now, I am I.S.S.A (International Sports Science Association) Certified Fitness Trainer. I am an ex- athlete where I played for The University of Tampa Men's Lacrosse team which is a top team in the nation at their level. I am the Vice President/Head Trainer at the indoor speed and agility gym Dominant Natural Athletics (D.N.A). I train a majority of athletes but also have done training with older men and women who are 45-55+ years old, as well as standard weight loss/strength training with adults 20-45 years old and also recovering Cancer Patients. I am branching off into more 1 on 1 training because I have more free time and want to start focusing on this as my career. I will always write down our workouts which will always be different and unique and help you out with diets and see whats best for your body and see results FAST!

Absolutely love this gym. It took me a huge nudge to get back in the gym after college and they have been my saving grace. The trainers are so knowledgeable and incredibly approachable. As someone who was never that into fitness until now I have never felt intimidated or out of place at this gym. They make working out SO fun. The community is unmatched and I have made so many friends here. Whether is pushing each other to reach a new PR or sharing nutrition tips, this gym is the backbone to a healthy lifestyle and supportive community. I am constantly recommending this gym yo friends 10/10 would join again and again and again!
TTP is not only a gym it is a community. This gym focuses on your overall well being. Mentally and physically this gym will push you to your fullest potential and you will have fun doing it. The staff is so personable and the clients are very welcoming. All you have to show up and work hard- the rest is taken care of. The trainer page has made me a better person as I gain confidence, prioritize myself and have pushed myself to limits I did not know were achievable. I even got my mom to come and love it! If you come she will be the one dancing in between sets!!
I have been attending this gym for 2 months now , I feel stronger and confident each and every class. So far I have lost 7lbs!! I love morning classes, because I’m a bright and early person! The trainers are always great and encouraging to help correct with form or to add heavier weight for an exercise. It’s not just a gym , it’s more of community, and one big SWEAT FAMILY!
Seriously the best gym around!! For all fitness levels - just schedule a class & show up. Workouts are made by the trainers who demonstrate all the exercises before the workout starts. And everyone is super encouraging & friendly! Promise you it will be the best decision you’ll ever make. TTP is so much more than a gym, it’s family! :
TTP is not just a gym to me. It’s a community. Nick and his trainers are all absolutely amazing!! This is my fourth month with The Trainer Page and this gym has not just changed my life physically but also mentally. Something about the dope music and the lighting that puts me in the zone. I love the encouragement that all the trainers give. It’s all around a wonderful time and I’m so happy I found this gym.
I have never been a fan of working out until now! The classes are fast moving and fun! The trainers are very knowledgeable and motivating. I’m 58 and feel at home with the mix of ages that attend this gym. I feel more fit since joining TTP this past January and look forward to meeting more fitness goals!
I’ve been coming to TTP for almost 2 months now and it has really gotten me back into consistently working out. I always feel amazing after any class I attend! The trainers are all so motivational and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I found this gym and look forward to continuing to see results and getting stronger!
Update 6/10/23 I’m in the best shape of my life now. TTP has helped me transform my body. I can finally wear a bikini!! I highly recommend this place! Had my 10th class yesterday. I am completely new at any type of exercise. The trainers are all very experienced. I already have a favoriteKelsey and I always try to book her classes first. I always felt I was uncoordinated, so having the guidance really helps The TTP Trainers has helped me immensely I absolutely love Trainer Kelseys style of teaching. She always takes her time with me. If she sees that I’m confused or not doing something the correct way she’s always there to help me with a smile, I really appreciate that. But honestly, all of the trainers are truly amazing.
My experience at the trainer page has been great! I always enjoyed working out but struggled to stay consistent and to figure out a workout plan. Luckily at the trainer page all you have to do is show up. Since it is group training classes all of the workouts are set for you and shown prior to the class beginning by the trainers. The trainers are great and very helpful. This is an awesome place if you are experienced in the gym or just starting out. I would definitely recommend coming here!
The Trainer Page is truly the best gym community I have been apart of ! From the minute you walk in the door you are surrounded by smiles and support. At the end of everyone's first class you notice how much of a family it is. Nick and his team have helped me reached my goals and continue to push me in the best way !
