This gym is Fraudulent. The good reviews are from the body builders who have memberships there. Its family owned so of course they have gotten away with such activities. They steal your money, charge your account when its not supposed to be charged they dont provide you with paperwork when you sign up or notify you of the cancellation policy until you actually want to cancel. Dont waste your money or time. Especially to the college kids in the area. And the protein shakes taste like sweet mud. Nothing special about this gym at all! They have been reported to the BBB numerous times.! Hope this helps you all. Have a blessed Day!

I only attended this gym one day. I relocated back to Va and called in for cancelation of the member ship. Here it is 6 months later and I’m still being notified they are trying to charge my bank account. I refilled out the cancelation form and sent it in after I was told on the phone to do so and it would be canceled. And yet the training center is now saying I need to pay a large balance as if I’m at fault of their negligence to cancel the membership. It’s Sad I now have to write the better business burrow to handle this matter. When I first signed up I didn’t even have access to the gym after I payed the monthly membership. The day I tried to go after signing up the key fob wouldn’t even work and the lady working at 6 am said she couldn’t do nothing about it. I didn’t go after that then I moved.

I like the environment and the equipment selection. The Frontdesk people are always friendly. People who run this place definitely knows about training. However it’s really, really dirty, the dumbbells left stains on my shirt. Some of the equipments are already falling apartsee the picture. This gym is also too crowded, the equipments are already mostly bare iron, and they place them too close to each other which is dangerous. I hurt myself multiple times in this gym. In conclusion it’s overall a good gym, but they need to do better.

By far, it is the best place to train within the tri-state area. Professionalism at it finest with the highest quality of trainers.

Love it I've been getting that good money here now for maybe a month or so an im hooked I've already tried Planetpizza an Retro but this gym is what I was looking for It feels good for the owner to approach you about your form vs asking if you want a slice of pizza .No bs at all when you walk in you know its grind time ‍‍

As a service member myself I like it here, met great people, it's energetic, affordable & overall good energy. Definitely keep it up fosho....

Great facility with the most comprehensive set of equipment I’ve seen in a local gym. Great vibes and the energy of the staff and members is always invigorating. Highly recommend.

The Training Center is a great gym. The only problems are the government mandated face masks and the people who don't like us enough so they try to shut us down from the inside.  Update 23 May 2023 The Training Center is still a great gym. The face masks are gone for now. The equipment is a little older. The environment is still fantastic.

Excellent gym for serious gym folks also very welcoming to new members and are willing to assist. I've been satisfied with TC ever since leaving the service and joining back in 2015.
