I attended the travel academy and it was a great experience. the teachers were very helpful in regards to building a perfect resume and interview questions. By the time I was able to go to interview I felt very confident due to the fact the travel academy had prepared me for that moment. By graduation date I had 5 job offers. I am so excited about my new journey to start as a flight attendant but it was all for the greatest decision I made of attending the travel academy.
The Travel Academy has afforded me a great start a second career after retirement from the military. They have taught me all of the things that I needed to know to be an excellent flight attendant, travel agent or a gate agent and a cruise staff. I chose to be a flight attendant and now I am working my dream job! The transition was so easy thanks to The Travel Academy. Ms. Lynn and Ms. Erin are the best instructors I've ever had as well as the staff from The Travel Academy are the best in helping you in all your needs. I give this Academy a 5 star rating and thank you so much for helping me achieve my dreams!!!
The Travel Academy has been a tremendous help for me getting into the travel industry. I hadn't known how specific the criteria for resumes was, or how far back into my employment history I needed to know. Not only that, but thanks to the many practice interview questions, I am now confident when interviewing. I am currently finishing week 7 and I already have a job offer from a cruise line, and several airline interviews lined up. I highly reccomend if you are interesting in beginning a career in the travel industry.
Choosing a career of a Flight Attendant could be challenging to get a started. It’s a very competitive field and it could take years to get the reply you want from an airline. Coming to The Travel Academy was the best choice I made this year and knowing that I will have an advantage over other candidates only makes my confidence even stronger. Thanks to the training of the TTA instructors I will go to ANY airline initial training knowing EVERYTHING I need to know AND MORE !!! The program gives you training in so many areas that you can’t keep count So very GRATEFUL For This opportunity, and I cant wait to share my many accomplishments with the entire Travel Academy Team ! I am currently attending this school and so far my experience here has been nothing but great ! the teachers and staff are amazing . you learn everything you need to become a successful flight attendant such as airport codes/airline terminology, safety demonstrations and procedures, and emergency equipment and procedures. they also train you on the E-175 aircraft and the CRJ900 aircraft. not only do you train to be a flight attendant, they also provide you with the knowledge of cruise lines and travel agencies! i would definitely recommend this school to those who are looking to pursue a career as a flight attendant, cruise ship member or a travel agent !
I would definitely recommend this school to somebody who wants to get into the travel industry! I'm currently enrolled & it has really prepared me for Flight Attendant, Cruise line, & Travel Agent Industries. Though I'm interested in only Flight Attendant I've been prepared in all 3 sectors! Before you leave this course you will be exceptionally prepared in interviewing & public speaking now that I have this experience I'm ready to show these airlines what I've been taught! Leaving home and starting a new career is often times the most scariest thing a person can do. Coming to Eagan, MN for 10 weeks seems like a lifetime will pass, but the friends and those you come to call family, makes the time fly by with the best memories to last a lifetime. The Travel Academy can be tough and the school work is a lot but well worth it. The instructors and office staff care for each person and wish nothing but the best and success for each one of us. If given the opportunity to do it over again I would not hesitate. This school truly opens your eyes to the travel industry more than you can imagine - no matter how much you have traveled in the past. If you have the slightest interest in joining the travel industry as a career, this school is definitely for you!
PLEASE do not waste your money here. You DO NOT need to go to a flight attendant prep school to be a flight attendant. This cost thousands of dollars and once you become a flight attendant you realize you just wasted so much money on this. Furthermore, they tell you at this school that they are there to help you after you graduate. I reached out to the main flight attendant instructor a couple months ago and she would not help me! While in training we also had a women who worked there that was drunk all the time! I met some great people attending TTA. But If you need help becoming a flight attendant there are a lot of Facebook groups out there that will help with any information you need and any questions you will have. They can answer and teach you all the stuff TTA can AND it would be completely free! I can’t stress enough PLEASE do not go here. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Sometimes leaving home and starting a new journey can be the scariest feeling, I promise you though it will be the most exciting. It took me a while to really decide what industry and career I wanted but I've never been more sure after 10 weeks with the most amazing instructors, The Travel Academy was the perfect choice. Learning all the knowledge of every angle of the travel industry has been thrilling to say the least. We all know there is a whole world out there; this academy helps you spread your wings to explore it!
