We went on a large group ski vacation and The Travel Whisperer organized the most seamless and relaxing experience! We stayed in a beautiful home right on the slopes where we could start the day skiing! After a long day skiing, we would come back to the house and enjoy the sunset sitting in the hot tub overlooking the mountains. The team was extremely attentive to anything we needed. We went back the next year! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy an unforgettable ski vacation.

I love to travel, but my experience with The Travel Whisperer is one I will never forget. It was such a magical experience to stay with them in Beaver Creek. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, it was so warm and cozy that it felt like home. They did such a great job from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back someday with my family and start building more memories.

I highly suggest the Travel Whisperer as a concierge / travel company.  They did an incredible job with our combined families and we found a gorgeous townhome in Avon/ Beaver Creek in the Ascent which they so nicely managed for us.  We greatly appreciate how attentive Hunter was throughout our stay and how helpful Natalie was in holding our preferred unit and then booking us.  They are a fantastic team who really takes pride in Customer service. I would use them for all future mountain travel and highly recommend them!

We booked a ski condo at Beaver Creek with Travel Whisperer’s website. After getting confirmed of the booking and credit card charge, we bought airline tickets, ski passes and confirmed a car rental. At the time, we were between Beaver Creek and Montana and selected BC based on the condo location. The next day I went to the website to see if the unit has a washer/dryer when I saw that it still showed as available to book on our dates. We immediately called and found out that they did not reserve the booking at all and “the owner wanted to use the unit” and after multiple calls, all day, they said we could book another place they had for 500/night more or they would not honor the booking. Our entire $13k vacation was booked based on this falsified listing and we were left with nothing. I will say Judy the agent felt terrible and tried hard to make it right but he company refused to honor the booking or rate elsewhere.  If you would like to ruin your families vacation- book here. I suggest if you HAVE booked here to call and see if they actually plan to give you the condo. In our case it was a NO. This is why you deal with large companies and not places like the Travel Whisperer. Lesson learned - 20 years of ski trips and this is the first time we have ever seen anything like this. I understand they are affiliated with East West so be careful if you see either of these names. Literally ruined our 2023 ski trip - we had a great alternate in Whitefish MT but now have all these BC tickets- omg.

Epic experience and 100% recommend. Team of real people who helped us out with everything including accommodation, transfers, lift tickets and more. House was beautiful ski in/out with a hot tub. Hoping to  go back out there soon!

Absolutely flawless!  Travel whisperer booked my trip for me + 8 friends for a weeks skiing and the most incredible Beaver Creek property - just wow!  All details were taken care of, and our group couldn't have been looked better after - I will certainly be booking through them again.
