WELCOME TO THE TUTU BOUTIQUE
All dresses are made to order, I do not mass produce. Therefore, there will be no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. In the ♥ rare♥ case that you receive your order and a mistake has been made on my part, you must notify me within 24 hours after we meet or package delivery, so that I can promptly correct the situation.
Each dress is individually designed and made by me personally. If you see a style dress you like but need it in a different color, just message me. I can change out any color, bows, straps etc. to make it perfect for you.
If you are purchasing more than one dress, please message me so I can set up a custom listing to save you money on shipping. I can normally fit 2 dresses into one box.
All Tutu's are handmade completed using a crochet headband for skirts or crocheted tutu tops for dresses
All items come from a smoke free home and are created with love! Due to the handmade nature of this item, each piece is unique and may vary slightly.
Currently, all dresses are made with 4 layers of tulle. They are full quality tutus. This means that it will provide more privacy coverage and doesn't typically need a slip, however some will require a slip which will need to be purchased separately. All tutu dresses are made with strips of tulle, and are not one solid piece of fabric.
**All flowers/Bows/Ribbons/Headbands/Necklaces and other embellishments are subject to availability, and substitutions of an equal or better quality embellishment will be used if necessary.

Upon making your purchase, please kindly provide in the notes from buyer the following:
- Age / Size
- Any changes requested to style pictured such as straps, etc.
- Date Required
If purchasing a floor or tea length dresses, please also provide in the notes from buyer measurements:
For floor length, measure from armpit to the heel
For tea length, measure from armpit to mid-calf.
Empire waist dresses measurements should be from the underarm area to desired length.

RUSH ORDERS and SHIPPING
Unfortunately due to the high demand for expedited turnaround times, I do charge a fee of $20 per dress ordered. I never delay current orders to accept rush orders which means I adjust my schedule both personally and professionally to avoid the delay of any active orders already placed. You must message me about the availability of a “rush order” before purchasing.
Orders will still ship USPS Priority 2-3 day with tracking number, I do not ship using overnight services. Not including weekends and Holidays. I ship orders Monday thru Friday. If you need an item sooner please contact me ♥ ♥ BEFORE♥ ♥ purchasing so that I can make sure I am able to make and ship your purchase to you by the time you need it. ♥ ♥ PLEASE NOTE♥ ♥ ♥ THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE PURCHASING♥ ♥ ♥
All purchases are shipped to the address that is provided to me in your message. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address is correct prior to purchasing.

Use a spray bottle for tutu, with equal amount of water and fabric softener to remove any static or wrinkles. Gently rub your fingers through as you spray, careful not to spray any ribbon or extra designs placed on tutu
