Everything is custom made to order. I created The Twisted Tulip after trying to remain on my small wedding budget. I ended up creating all of my centerpieces, arrangements, boutonnieres, and bouquets myself. After finishing it all I realized I wasn't half bad at it. I am a wife and a mother of two girls who live on a budget. I understand that most people are like my family and do not have an endless amount of money to spend on flowers for special occasions.
