Doesn't accept Amazon package returns. The place was empty and the employee didn't help at all.

I tried to drop off returns to Amazon. They wouldn’t take them, so I had to drive all the way to the Henrietta location instead. What a waste of my time!

Not helpful. Google said they'd take packages but my labels weren't up to there likes.... So be careful with Amazon returns!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do a lot of online shopping and often have to use this location to return things-I've never had an issue and the staff has always been very friendly and efficient-

Rude no help at all. All employees were outside of the store never made it inside.
