The Ultimate Tan and Med Spa

I started tanning with this company over a year ago in newberg and they were great, which is why this year, I went right back to them. Since then, it has went down hill. It is a nightmare and after my membership is up, I will no longer ever go there. Both my husband and I hate it there. The beds aren't always clean, they rarely give you the towel that is included in the insane pricing. They spend 5 minutes of your time hounding you to buy things when you repeatedly tell them no. I pay a lot of money a month to tan there to go into my bed and see 7 bulbs out. Last time I checked, they didn't give a discount for partial tanning?! That i know of, I am the 4 person to complain about this and it still doesn't get fixed. They are talking and texting on their cell phones most of the time and finish the phone call before they even greet you. I do not recommend this place at all.

Tanning is something I really enjoy doing in the spring and summer. I have been a loyal customer here since they opened and just love the additional med spa services that I am now able to receive here. Although I have not done any of the laser hair removal yet, the cellulite treatments and botox I have received I have been very happy with. I love the staff they seem like family since I have been coming here so long. Thank you ladies.

I've been a tanner here for years. It's like family. Recently I lost a bunch of weight and was pretty self contious about excess skin I had. It wasn't tons but enough for me to not like it at all. I did they're body contouring procedure called the accent and saw AWESOME results. It tightened my skin right up. I really couldn't believe it.

I have been a client since they opened in Newberg. I mainly use the tanning services when I'm getting ready for a sunny-type vacation. I've always found the employees to be helpful and very polite. They are very good about creating a service for me that fits my budget.

This company will rip you off, doesn't matter which location you go to. Doesn't matter how much money you spend in there they treat you like they are doing you a favor by speaking to you. If you buy a package make sure you know when it "expires", which is total bullshit, they will make you buy more tans to reactive the expired ones. Sounds super ethical. I love blackmail.
