My positive review of the ultimate is long overdue! I first came to the ultimate many years ago for a prom dress. When it came time to consider my wedding dress options after being engaged, I added the ultimate to my list of shopping stops. After trying many dresses in other stores and feeling frustrated and defeated about ever finding a wedding dress, I came to the ultimate. Lindsey assisted myself and my mother and she was a literal angel. She helped calm my anxiety before even putting on a single dress. She pulled dresses and listened to what I wanted and ultimately we chose to purchase a dress that she recommended! I loved Lindsey so much that I returned with my bridesmaids who purchased their dresses from the ultimate, as did my mother. Additionally, I have to mention Terri. My wedding dress was a huge financial commitment and Terri was flexible and helpful with my mother and I, setting up a payment plan that made us comfortable. Wedding planning is so stressful, but thanks to the ultimate, finding a dress for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother was not. I cannot thank you ladies enough.

I’ve been to The Ultimate several times - mostly to be a bridesmaid, but now it’s my turn to be the bride. I hate shopping and trying clothes on, but I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the ladies working at The Ultimate. My wedding dress shopping was the BEST experience. Heather, the owner, actually allowed my mom and sisters to get an appointment just after closing hours because I was feeling so anxious. Terri helped with my measurements then we got to pick a bunch of dresses because I had no clue what I was looking for. I tried on several dresses, some I loved and some that ended up not being my style. A few days later I went back in to try on my two favorites. Lindsey and Ana helped me pick the most perfect dress for me and I could not be more excited to wear it on my special day. I’m so grateful we were able to find a dress so easily and in a way that was stress free for me. We’ll likely be back soon to look into tuxes for my groom. Thank you all for your help!

Took my daughter to Ultimate in search of a semi formal dress after having no luck at 4 other stores. We arrived at 7 and the store was closing at 8:30. Amanda was assigned as our 'helper.' She was amazing! Never made us feel rushed. Took her time with my daughter. Picked out styles for her based on what she liked. She listened to what my daughter was looking for but also grabbed dresses she wouldn't necessarily pick out herself but tried them on and really loved a few. Amanda was also working with another girl at the same time but never made us feel like my daughter was not a priority. She went above and beyond. I was highly recommended going to the Ultimate if you need a formal dress. Ask for Amanda!

Was in panic mode to find a gown for a wedding in October.  Went to 4 places before I found The Ultimate.  The women who work there are nothing less than amazing!  They were so patient and helpful.  Found my gown and all accessories to match within an hour of walking in the door.  One happy girl right here!  Will never go anywhere else when I need another gown/dress for a special occasion.  Shout out to all the ladies helping out today.

I have gone to many places for prom dress shopping but this one has got to be the Best by far! All of the workers were extremely helpful and very kind! The ultimate is definitely the place to find your dream dress!

Gina, Heather and Kay were all very accommodating during my gown shopping experience for a black tie wedding. I came in on 2 occasions to shop and both times I was helped immediately. While shopping, Gina made some great dress suggestions and made me feel so beautiful in each dress truly!. Kay and owner, Heather, were helpful when helping me pick out shoes and accessories as well! Looking forward to coming back for my next evening dress.

Such a great experience! Lindsey was extremely helpful in finding my bridal dress! There was no “sales” pressure, and she was very informative. She helped with all the dress options and allowed me to choose the best fit! Such a wonderful experience!! Would recommend to any bride!!

Brides beware… do not look for a wedding dress here.  I made an appointment here a few weeks ago to try on wedding dresses. Showed up on time but the employee that was supposed to be helping us was held up with another customer, so they had another associate help us. I wish I remembered her name but she was an older woman with long blonde hair and black glasses. I told her I wanted a black dress and it needed to have long sleeves, I was not willing to budge on either of those things. Repeatedly she tried to make me try on sleeveless dresses and I had to keep telling her i was not comfortable with that. I found a dress I really liked and I suggested changing the color of the lining underneath so it would be solid black, to which she said not to and I would look “ridiculous”, after clearly stating prior to my appointment I wanted a BLACK wedding dress… she also told me if I wanted better service I “should’ve made an appointment”, which nearly made me laugh because my appointment was booked the week prior. Eventually the woman that was supposed to be helping me from the beginning came over, I told her my idea to change the color of the skirt, she said she’d reach out to the designer and be in touch with me no later than Friday this was a Monday. Well it’s been weeks later and still no call. This was the first wedding dress I ever tried on and the absolute worst service I could’ve imagined. Unless you are a size 0 and looking for a prom dress.. DO NOT COME HERE. I just wanted to add that I heard about the Ultimate from a wedding expo and they showcased a black wedding gown so it shouldn’t have been absurd to assume they could accommodate my needs.

I AM SO HAPPY! I was in such a time crunch to order a dress for my sister’s quince that is coming up very soon, I had emailed this company and Fawn responded back to me so quickly, my dress arrived today and I am so happy with my overall experience! will be ordering from this website again!

This is one of the worst experiences shopping for prom dresses that i have had in 4 years.  I wouldn't even rate them 1 star.  The dress was missing beads ad the hooks needed to be reinforced as they were loose.  We had to go back 3 times for them to fix the dress the right way and for the alterations to be completed.  The last time we wen they said it will only take 10 minutes yet 30+ minutes later the dress appeared.  Each time they would make excuses as to why it wasn't completed and that the tailor doesn't speak English.  Needless to say I was very frustrated with the time and effort that it took to actually leave with a dress that I purchased 3 weeks prior.  The dress also need to be shortened which I took to my tailor.  At the prom the beads on the dress unraveled.  My daughter was completely distraught the night of her prom and was testing me pictures of the dress as it continued to lose beads.  I took the dress back to Ultimate for a refund or some compensation for the dress losing the bottom half of the beads.  They wouldn't do anything and once you leave the site that assume no responsibility, even suggesting that the dancing would have caused the beads to fall off.  The manufacturer would not stand by the dress either.  So i wen track to my tailor and she immediately refunded me the money that I paid for the alterations and also suggested that I go back to the dress shop as they should stand by their dresses.  The owners were curt and were not going to refund me even a partial amount of the $400 dress.  Buyer beware.  They will help you when purchasing your dress but they will not assist you if there is an issue.  I will never shop here again.
