This location is great. They’re always helpful and friendly. They deal with a lot here since it’s an Amazon return center. Half the people who come in with returns don’t know how to pull it up on their phone and these employees are so kind and patient. The other nice touch is they always make sure you have a receipt for your return.
WHOEVER OWNS THIS UPS FRANCHISE RETAIL STORE--- ARE YOU ARE THAT YOU HAVE FINACIAL SCAMMERS I.E. FRAUDULENT "LOAN" BROKERS/AGENTS DOUNG BUSINESS OUT OF ONE OF YOUR RENTED MAIL BOXES? I HAVE FILED A REPORT WITH LOCAL AND FED LAW ENFORCEMENT AGIENCIES REGARDING THEIR ILLEGAL PRACTICES. YOU SHOULD BE AWARE SO AS TO NOT GET INVOLVED OR INTERMINGLED IN THEIR FRAUDS!
I am always so impressed with this location and the staff that work here! They deal with a massive influx of customers everyday and they work through it! Yes there is usually a line and maybe it's not always super clean but that is to be expected! I really appreciate the service that they provide and it is done with a smile!! Thank you!!!
Not happy. Never had an issue before but … Mailed out 2 boxes from here to my grandson in NE. Told my son they both should arrive Thurs. $54 to ship and 1 of them just arrived at MY door., Label is correct showing shipping to NE from FL but somehow it was shipped back here? I don’t know if it’s an issue with this store or UPS. Tried calling this store during normal business hrs but no one answered and their mailbox is full. I understand that everywhere is short-staffed these days but at least keep your voicemail box emptied out.
Such a nice store with friendly people! I just had to drop off an Amazon return and the woman who took the package don’t know her name but she had a wrist brace was so sweet and understanding. I even explained how the one closer to me has intimidating staff so it was so nice to go to a store with friendly personalities. I may drive the extra mile from now on : keep up the great work!
This is the worst UPS location I have ever be too. I paid $200+ for their Pick & Ship service. I told them it was for a customer and if they could make sure the item was packed extremely well. The day of someone was bubble wrapping and then must of stopped because my package was in their store for 4 days. I then called and asked why, they told me " they ran out of boxes" however the manager, SARA will personally come in to pack the item. I then insisted the item be packed well because it is an odd shape and again for a customer. They assured me it would be. Monday comes along and still the tracking hadn't been updated, well the delivery driver never scanned the package so now they tell me that they don't know where the package could be. It finally shows up in New Jersey and my customer received item completely DESTROYED. The Manager obviously doesn't know how to pack items correctly at all. $200+ for what?!? They used one layer of bubble wrap and a couple small air bags. UPS is a scam, you are better off packing yourself .Use packing peanuts and bubble wrap and print the label online with the 45% discount offered with code "spark"
1 person working at 12:30pm. Line inside had 5 ppl, line outside had 6. I just need to print a page from my Google drive. I'll try fedex print and go on Glades instead. I shouldn't have to wait in a line of people sending packages just to print.
I just sent a large package and I have to say one of the best UPS stores I have been to. The employee that helped me out was Ethan. He treated my package carefully and gently like it was an egg. He made sure everything was perfect and secure. Look forward to coming to this location more often!
This is the worst UPS store in the entire Franchise System. Do not ever rent a Post Office Mailbox here and expect to receive your mail. They lose more mail because no one cares. The store is run by some woman who comes in for an hour and then gets lost. In-bound mail and packages are constantly missing or stolen. The employees could care even less than she does; and half the time they are not even in the store. They are out running their own errands like shopping or whatever. If you think you’re going to get your mail here, good luck. And just try placing a complaint with UPS. They care even less than the incompetent staff. The standard UPS answer, “The stores are “independently owned franchises”, so there’s nothing they can or will do to correct this store that handles your USPS mail. They never answer the phone or return emails. UPS should cancel this franchise,
They're definitely understaffed but when it's not too busy they're great. I'm always inclined to just drop off my packages but they always offer to scan them so I can have a receipt. I've been using this location for years because they're convenient, even when they're busy they're the most convenient. I wouldn't buy office supplies here because the mark up is a lot, but then again that's how they get you... Think a bottle of water from target vs a bottle of water from Disney.
