If it is very important and urgent, do not use UPS. The driver got to the delivery location and because the location has access control doors, the driver returned the package to their office without calling me or the sender. Did they expect me to stand outside my apartment and be waiting for UPS delivery for a whole day? I do not know when I will get my package and for each day that passes, I am losing money. This happened in Toronto
Already paid shipping and handling and then I got slapped with an extra 40+ charge out of nowhere that wasn't charged on the exact same order for another person. The delivery driver wasn't masked even after she saw me put my mask on and attempt to keep her on the other side of the door. I recieved an email prior but thought it was fraud attempt and tried to contact the company with no response other then we recieved your report. Tried calling the local store with no answer for over an hour and the answering machine was completely full. Horrible service and with COVID dangerous!!

UPS stole my package. I followed the tracking and it was out for delivery two days in a row. They delivered another package on the second day and when I called about why I only got one I was told it was never out for delivery. I received a phone call later telling me the package could not be delivered as the driver needed to verify my address first. I have screenshots which prove the driver had my package but UPS claims he did not. I have phone records showing the call made to me but UPS customer service denies and refuses to take responsibility for it.
Ups never deliver parcel. They directly update that customer is not available and i have to pick it up from ups store every time. On their web site they write door to door delivery but never done that. Very poor service. Fedex is far better than this.
Awful. My package hasn't even been shipped yet! I ordered it over two weeks ago and just received andupdated. Now it has a label! ...Yippee. I definitely wanted my $200 item sitting around risking damage for TWO WEEKS as it waits to be shipped. Very unhappy. Tired to contact them and the were VERY unhelpful. The first phone number I had to search the website for as it kept redirecting me to elsewhere. After calling the voic3 message says to hang up and call ANOTHER number are you kidding me? That number wouldnt answer. Who is responsible for my item I would like to speak to them! Will absolutely NEVER use UPS again. Christmas is ruined! Even though I ordered over an month in advance.
As a designer, I send clients to UPS all the time to print their small run jobs as well as for my own personal print projects! Always very helpful and make every attempt to accommodate!
Great family business. I have been dealing with them for years and have always received competitive pricing and great service. As a business owner myself I would expect no less. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.
worst curriers! very disappointed Purolator lost the contract to a Cab company! deliver parts to the wrong places and will not correct their mistakes! spent 2 hours sorting out a delivery to the wrong address and in the end had to go pick it up myself! Not the service we paid for! Purolator always corrected it if they messed up! and the deliveries were always on time and the same everyday! if no stars was an option, i'd pick 0 stars!
Best of the best place for printing in Brandon also in courier service. Very good person by nature and best quality printing with in time facilities. Thanks I like to go there again for my work.
