I need to give this UPS Store & Andrew 5 stars for being awesome!!! Went in with my Grandma on a busy Saturday to print important medical paperwork and not only did Andrew do it for us, but he did it at NO CHARGE! So cool and unexpected! I HIGHLY recommend this store for your printing & shipping needs! Businesses need more people like Andrew!
On Wednesday the 23 of November at above 4pm I went in to the store for a one signature notarized and shipping one page. I was the only customer inside the store. The employee told me no because I didn’t have an appointment. I said I been coming here for many years for this service, I never had to make an appointment, I didn’t even know it was required. He then said well I’m enforcing the policy now please come back next week for your appointment. I asked him if possible to make an exception because I’m the only customer in the store and he smiled and said no. I asked him if any other place I can get and he stated maybe the title agency but good luck because they might be closing soon for thanksgiving and I stated that’s why I’m trying to get this signed and mailed. He just smiled. 45 minutes later I returned, entered the store with one customer inside and three workers, mailed my letter and completely disappointed in this store.
We had a very Last-Minute print job that was going to be 3-5 business days at other places in town. We stopped at the UPS Store with little hope; What a fantastic idea! Not only were the staff friendly and polite, but they were professional to a fault. Andrew and Michelle were SO helpful! Not only were they able to accommodate our job in RECORD time, they did so with a smile. I cannot tell you how thankful we were for their help and advice! Words can't express our gratitude! Thank you Andrew all the rest of you at The UPS Store in Sierra Vista!
Worse than an un-staffed Dropbox. Representative would not even give me a UPS envelope for my prepaid overnight letter to put in a Dropbox. This is not a corporate store so there is no accountability. You are better off going to staples that has all the same capabilities at the same cost with better hours than attempting to deal with this terrible customer service. Picture attached is of the representative who opened the door after I stood watching them work with someone else for 15 minutes only to tell me that she would not even give me a UPS letter envelope.
Greatest UPS store crew on earth!!! They band together to get everyone taken care of!!! They also have a ready package acceptance kiosk outside!!! Outstanding dedication and Awesome teamwork!!!
Asst mgr Michelle,Mischa and two other wonderful young ladies are there whenever I go there. So friendly, &efficient! This is the best experience ever anywhere for a UPS store. I used to dread going to these places in The other states I've lived in,but the experience here with these ladies is so much better. Hard to find good people these dayssometimes anywhere In my opinion all of these women could use a good raise. Regardless of whatever they are making now. Excellence should be rewarded!.
Love these folks!! The manager lady takes the time to explain everything and she & everyone else that works there are crazy nice!! I always get a good vibe when I’m there & I don’t even dread having to go pick up my mail. If they served coffee and put a little table in there… I’d just be sitting there every morning watching the people go in and out. LoL Great place, good people! There should be more stores/businesses run like this, this country seems to have a shortage of these places. I appreciate it when I find one.
Have been to this store location twice. The first time was to return an item. Was greeted immediately and directed to the line for processing. Quick efficient service and was on my way in no time. The second visit was for a notary. Upon entering the place was busy. During both visits the employees were masked but it is not required for customers. I must comment that the employees were all wearing masks properly if you are concerned about spreading germs. Once again I was warmly greeted and directed to the proper window. We did make an appointment online and we had about a 5 minute wait as the employee was finishing a restroom visit. No problem as everyone deserves a break when Mother Nature calls! Our notary was processed and the costs was $10 per piece of paper for two signatures. Not bad for convenience and time.
I’m very pleased with the service I received here today. The lady who helped me was pleasant and extremely efficient. The packing materials and packing service are reasonably priced. The shipping cost to the east coast is pretty pricey, but it gets the job done. I highly recommend this location.
This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. The employees are so helpful, knowledge, and kind.
