Was met by rude staff that aren’t very helpful and give an attitude when you don’t know the dos and don’ts of shipping items. That’s why we come here. But the clerk looked like he was ready to blow a gasket if he had to work his job any longer. Anyways he told me to go to staples because their customer printer is down and they can ship ups stuff for you anyways. So lesson of the day is: when you think of shipping don’t bother with ups.. just go straight to staples lol
Horrible customer service, thin male balding person, ? owner is always grouchy, condescending and often insulting to his customers. Last straw, will now drive an extra 12 miles to a different town/ UPS store just to avoid this creep, there are complaints on yelp going back 9 years all saying roughly the same thing as well
Very rude staff. I encountered the man the other reviews were talking about. It wasn’t just with me, it was with every customer that came in during the short time span I was there. That says a lot about this guys attitude and all the other reviews just confirms it. Seems like this UPS store doesn’t think he’s a problem from the replies they gave.
Found out that this store is a Franchise and not owned by UPS. Instead it's someone else who owns it. So whoever is above Paul must be family or friends because how he is still there is beyond me. But still UPS needs to step in. Paul is very lucky I was not there when he was rude to my mom.
I honestly wish I could rate this UPS store at a zero. This is the absolute worst one I’ve been too. I have to go here often for work and the baldish guy is SO rude. Does not look at you, is not helpful and is VERY slow with each persons packages. I’ve sat there for over 20 minutes multiple times waiting for him to be done with the other 5 customers ahead of me. He does not have good customer service at all and I’m not sure why he still works here after reading all the comments from a few months ago as well. I just heard about the staples down the street from there having UPS. I will be going there from now on. Absolutely horrible they haven’t done anything yet about this.
Went to the UPS store to send out a package earlier this week. Same old same old. Paul the balding guy everyone says is rude and provides fake names was as pleasant as usual. How he still has a job there is beyond me. I feel for the employees who work under him. Anyway, today I found out Staples is open at 8:00am! I went there to take care of a package I needed to send. Great service! The guy jumped off the phone the second he saw me walking toward the counter with a package in hand! From now on, I'm going to Staples to do any shipping needed via UPS! What a difference. I was treated like a human being!
I see a ton of reviews of people crying and complaining about the guy that works there, I have never had an issue with him and I go in there pretty regularly. Cut the guy a break, not everyone is going to do their job with a smile on their face
I just started a small business and need to ship things often, several times there was a nice older gentleman named Paul who was very kind and smiling and helpful. It was a smooth transaction, quick and easy and I'll definitely be back to do more buisness.
This is THE WORST UPS store ever. They never, ever have more than one person working, the lines are out the door and the one guy that does work there is the most miserable, cranky, nasty creature you'd ever meet. Atrocious! Fire that guy, get new management in there and get your **** together.
If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! Horrible HORRIBLE customer service, not to mention it STINKS like dirty socks or body odor and the music is inappropriate for a business setting. Every time I go in there, the balding guy will do anything possible to avoid helping customers. Today I walked in and he was moving around a hole puncher and some other stuff in a box. Another employee came from the back and asked if she could help. I told her I had a heavy amazon return and needed help. She turned to her co-worker and asked if he could get the package. He said he was busy and would be finished in a minute. He took his time moving a hole puncher along the countertop to the exact location it should be. He reluctantly came with me out to the car and got the package. I closed up my trunk and locked the car and followed behind him and he stood there an waited for me to open the door for him. Once inside, I gave him the code to scan for the return and he purposely held the scanner gun away from me so I would have to move over to him. When I asked for his name, he said "Do you want me to cancel this return?" I said, "No, i just asked for your name." He waited and came up with the name "Gregory", which after reading some other comments quickly realized is not his name and he seems to like to come up with random names. Bottom line, this store is horrible and I will go out of my way from now on to use ANY other UPS store. AVOID THIS STORE
