I came into the store today to get 4 forms notarized. There were two customers in front of me being helped by the two employees to send out packages. I have never in my life seen people work as slow as these ladies did. Absolutely zero sense of urgency as the line behind us continued to grow. It took them about 45 minutes to ship out the two packages before they were available to help me. It then took the notary about 20 minutes to print my documents and sign 4 different pages because she kept getting sidetracked with a dozen other things. Overall I was there for an entire hour for a task that should have taken 10 minutes at most. She charged me $40 for the notary service, and I was halfway out the door rushing to get back to work before she shouted at me to come back because she forgot to charge me the $7 printing fee. The ladies working today were incredibly inconsiderate of everybody's time. I've gotten faster service in the Publix sub line... Will not use this location again.
7/11/2023 at 620PM woman/employee working has terrible customer service. Walked in with no line, yet made me wait 10min while she taped up some boxes behind the counter in front of me. Then when I was handing my returns over, one of the items, a couple pairs of slippers, I put into a grocery bag before handing to her. She had to put it in a clear bag before labeling and told me she needs my help getting it into the bag even though it was a small item? If it was big or something I understand but she doesn’t seem to know what’s basic customer service. I stopped coming to this location because they always had long lines and last time the service was slow but todays experience just confirmed lack of training for employees.
If you ever need a PO Box, to make an Amazon return, to ship an item to a distant friend or relative, or if you just enjoy efficiency and want to observe someone who is truly great at their job, I highly recommend this UPS location. Please do not be intimidated by the line... I assure you it will move quickly! Regardless of how quickly the line is moving you will receive personalized attention and the highest level of service when it is your turn at the counter. I cannot say enough good things about this location I have even managed to visit twice in one day.
I went to this UPS branch at around 6.30pm on June 12th to drop off amazon return products. The attendant who said her name was Fanny was working in the slowest and most careless way I've ever seen. People were waiting in line and the customers started to wait outside because inside of store was full, of people but the attendant didn't care. She was doing her job with extremely slow movements. on the other hand, she was delaying the work even more by having a short chat with the customer. I used to stop by this store before and there was another person and she was doing her job very well. Next time when I need to come to this branch, I will think again in order not to waste time.
One of the 2 worst experiences I have ever had. I waited in line for the clerk to tell me I wasn’t able to send out the package based on Amazon’s label. I got in touch with Amazon through their messenger where they had to walk to clerk how to do it Came back another time and waited over 15 minutes in line watching them make mistakes with other clients and then a gentlemen walked in and said he was in a rush so they had him cut in line. I was also in a rush but guess that didn’t matter. I will not be back.
Forgot to print my luggage tags before boarding my cruise and stopped by to print them. The gentleman on staff was incredibly helpful, patient and pleasant. I’m so glad this location was open early as it really eased my stress after my long red eye flight with no sleep. Wish I could give 10 stars!
I found the staff at this UPS store to be hardworking, conscientious, and very welcoming and sweet. This is a family run business and the care they take for their customers really shows. It's nice to do business at a place where you know you'll always get a friendly smile and a warm hello. You'll end up looking forward to having an excuse to get your mail just so you can drop in to say hi. Five stars all the way from a happy customer here... :^
If slow service was ever a word…. 30 minute wait because 1 out of the 3 people working here don’t know how to send out a regular mail…..I could’ve went to the ups on las olas and back and still be waiting… EDIT: went one last time and never again I was charged 8 dollars to send out a regular post mail The ups in las olas is much better than this, better service, friendlier and much less of a hassle. The lady had me pick out a extra envelope when I needed was a stamp. COMPLETE RIP OFF DO NOT COME HERE RUN !!!!!
Excellent customer service! I visited the store to do some returns just before the Thanksgiving holiday. The store was extremely busy but the ladies there were very efficient in ensuring all customers were served. They were all pleasant and even made time to strike up a conversation, offer suggestions and a friendly smile. Thank you for the good service.:
This is the worst UPS store I've been to. Hispanic women talk to your face in Spanish to curse at you if you make them actually work. I guess they forgot where they live, this is USA! Speak English. I asked them to put my home as sender and they denied to do that. Instead they put their store address as sender. Why would you even do that? Some of us have important government documents and state wants us to put our HOME ADDRESS as sender and if we need to add another envelope for return, we need to put our home address as RECEIVER. These women rejected to do that. Probably they want to charge money to receive our mails. They're rude, nasty and uneducated. This franchise needs to change owners because the staff is awful.
