I want to thank Ryan for going above and beyond today. He was so nice and let me in to ship a package after he had just locked up for the day. I didn’t realize they closed at 4:00 on Saturday and arrived at 4:01. Appreciate the excellent customer service. You don’t find that a lot in today’s world. Thanks again Ryan!

Jessica was extremely kind courteous and went out of her way to help me with my situation. I highly recommend that if she’s not in management that she get into management for you folks, she’s a quality employee.

I just had the very best experience I’ve EVER had at my local UPS store, Orangevale CA!! Gold stars all around for Jessica that helped me!  I have been dealing with Amazon customer service for 3 days, trying to return an item. Return postage was not paid by Amazon or the 3rd party vendor. What a shock!  USPS wanted $255. to return, UPS total was $126. However, the numerical part of the return address in GA was NOT in the UPS database. Jessica suggested that I call Amazon to verify. I did and she even assisted by talking to their customer service. After all this time, Amazon said they would not only refund my purchase price but “keep the product”! I am STUNNED! Jessica was so helpful, patient and friendly!  I hope she’s there every time I go in there!

Thank you Jessica for helping me the other two in the store didn't seem to care only Jessica seems to have a lot more knowledge than all the other UPS stores thank you for answering my questions the other stores didn't seem to even care either I guess I'll be choosing this store to come to from now on

Muiruri provided Excellent service! They had exactly what I needed and were able to accommodate my needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great spot to go when shipping/mailing items.

Ryan was amazing helping me out at the last moment before they closed  he actually unlocked the door for me as I ran up!  and I want to say he and all of the staff are ALWAYS the best! So helpful,  patient, knowledgeable & professional! Always a pleasure to do business there!! Thank you!

I always come into this store because the employees are so kind.  But today for some reason one of the employees was not very nice to Jessica ,  the said employee was very firm and unkind to her while she was in the middle of helping me with a transaction, honesty she was rude to Jessica.  Jessica kept apologizing to me, and I felt bad because she wasn't the one that needed to apologize it was the other lady that was unkind to her over boxes.  Hopefully this lady will have a better day.  Thanks Jessica for all your help, and no need to apologize, your boss she be apologizing to you.
