This ups store is by far one of the best in the area the staff is very kind and patient with everyone, I have seen staff personally step aside and assist those who have issues with technology as not all of us are tech savvy these days. This is the store you want to go to, make my Amazon returns so quick and easy

They run the heater and air conditioner on high and charge 2.50 to print labels! They must hate locals and homeless, as they put up a fence on the stairs instead of a handrail. This is the worst UPS store and I'd rather spend 3 dollars in gas than to be cut in line by an entitled old man and talked down to by overpaid young attendants.

I've been dropping off my packages here for awhile now. Yesterday was the first time that an attendant made me feel "old". I've always been able to walk in & out of there without any issues.  I may have to find a new place that will he a bit more helpful to those that are not too phone savvy.

It seems like there is a whole new staff here now.  Its really too bad because the new folks seem to have a real hard time doing the basics.   And, even though I am not really in too big of a hurry, they do not get the fact that I am spending time standing around while they either make mistake after mistake, or ask for help and get trained on my time.  Oh, and for some reason they attempted to charge an additional $30 for a package because it had been wrapped in shipping paper.  That was done to cover up the old box I used, and it was done very well. That would have been almost $50 for a 2nd day package to a business in the central valley.  USPS got it there next day for $8.00.  If I need to use UPS I just pop down to Watsonville, as the staff there has all been there a while and the overall attitude is so much better.  Only gave 1 star because it wont post with none.... Oh, yea, the freaking 3 inch fingernails......AArrrgggh

This UPS location is great! Super convenient, has the USPS mailbox outside as well. I had a very pleasant interaction with a woman who works there, she was so personable and helpful! I highly recommend this location.

I am sorry to rate this store with only one star.  I have come here tons of times and have had a great experience with the customer service.  All of the people who work here are very nice and helpful.  The reason why I am rating this one star is because of the changes to their printing fees.  Before, all single page print jobs were ~$0.15 for black and white.  Now they have changed this so that if you are printing a return label in black and white it is $1.  It is still ONE page of black and white printing.  This should not cost more just because you want to make more money on it.  I now drive to FedEx on 41st St just because of the principle and will not return.

I have been here three times in the past 3 months. I was greated with great service and smiling faces. I was only mailing packages out and all went smoothly.  Thanks.

Had to return a modem to ATT.  Had many problems with UPS Software.  Gary was persistent in getting the order through while I waited.

Decent place.  I wish they had a better sense for the meaning of "Print for pickup".  I emailed them a 170 page document, came in 3 hours later, and then had to stand there while they printed it.
