They charge $6 for a roll of tape and $1 for printing Amazon return label. Other stores wanted to see the content and tape boxes up for us. All that is fine if the person behind the counter doesn't make customer feels like they don't want us to come in. Long line and long wait too. Terrible service!
Poor notary service. My husband called today and inquired about notary availability. He was told the notary’s hours were 12-4pm. I came in around 1pm, waited in line, and was then told the notary was in the middle of a phone call and then had some “fingerprinting” to do. I was told it would be a half hour wait at least. I opted to go home and came back at 3:15pm. I was told that the notary was now on his lunch break, which would mean a half hour wait again. I fully understand everyone needs a lunch break but the bottom line was that the notary wasn’t available twice in his stated working hours. If there is a lunch hour, that should have been communicated earlier. So, if you need notary services, look elsewhere.
A couple days ago, I went in to mail a package but didn't have complete information and a lot of questions. The man at the counter could have been impatient with me but instead was very friendly and exceedingly helpful. I'm glad I picked that day to go into this location. I believe the tall man's name was Dan. Thank you so much for your excellent service!!!
UPS store is a great place for sending and receiving shipments; a favorite hands down. Beware buying moving supplies though. The store website lists a long variety of boxes available for shipping for clothes, paintings, etc.. However a they have moved away from the boxes business and have none; b they wanted to charge me $10 for the one moving box they had left. You read that right: 10 bucks for a plain cardboard box. Hint: Home Depot in Poulsbo sells them for $0.88. Make the drive, save some money...
This place has the best customer service of just about anywhere I’ve done business. Krishna has been wonderful to work with. We have a high risk kid and Krishna and everyone at The UPS Store has worked with us to help make sure we feel safe during this trying time. We used this store for UPS drop-offs so often and were treated so well, we now have a mailbox with them. I can’t recommend them enough.
I try to keep my forays into public places brief and efficient during these COVID days. Today I had four Items to ship, and several questions about shipping. The UPS staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient while helping me with all of my transactions and questions. I LOVE our local UPS store!
Always a pleasure. This store should be a place I dread to visit - shipping, printing, mailing - none of my favorite activities. However, the staff is so friendly and so efficient that I always leave in a better mood with my business having been handled well. The manager is a very friendly, very helpful person. A great service for the island.
An amazing store with amazing staff willing to help you with your needs, and your shipments. Came in today for a print job and to get some invites mailed out. The guys there did a fantastic job!
Always friendly and very efficient. I have never encountered long waits. Excellent parking just a few feet away. For mailing music scores across the country and having them returned to the UPS store works beautifully. This is my go to place for packages.
Love my local UPS store. The staff is always helpful, friendly and professional and the facilities are spotless. Have never had a problem with my packages arriving at their destination. I can’t say the same for other UPS stores in Portland. Thank you to everyone at the 33rd Avenue and Sandy location!
