I often come into this UPS store. They are extremely friendly and helpful. It makes returning things to Amazon so easy, but they do much more there also

I have used this store in Round Rock  located in the KFC shopping center many many times. The staff is always very courteous and helpful no matter how busy they are. Everyone always smiles and is friendly. They are very efficient and knowledgeable.  This is MY UPS Store and I wont go anywhere else here in Round Rock.

Impressive! I arrived expecting to wait in line as usual to return my Amazon package. I was delighted to discover that THIS location has a self-service kiosk for Amazon returns that was VERY easy to use! This will be my new choice for Amazon drop offs.

I’ve always had such a great experience every time. Staff is always friendly and fast. They give me best options for my services. This is the only place I go for all my shipping services.

We had to do finger prints here and the employees were wonderful to work with.   I'm sorry I didn't catch the lady's name but she has made my week.  The finger print machine is a bit finicky but she kept it light hearted and was just a joy to work with.  I will use them for future needs.

I typically don’t like shipping things, but these guys were so friendly! They helped me choose the materials I needed, answered my questions, and managed it all in a prompt and kind way without rushing me. I appreciated their time and assistance so much! Thank you!

I visited this UPS center to return an Amazon product and when I entered I saw that there was a sign and a separate line for Amazon returns. There were few other people in front of me standing in another line that was not for returns. The man behind the counter who was for the returns offered to help the people in front of me clearly disregarding the sign and the purpose of the sign. I was clearly in the right line and was made to wait whereas people in front of me who were in the wrong line got the service first. The man was also very rude and I just did not understand why.  He always makes people of color wait and is particularly rude to them. I feel he is a racist and I observed his behavior couple of times before writing this review and yesterday’s experience was it.

We are renting a mailbox at this location which we started while we were relocating.  We rented here because it was close to our new house and the positive reviews.  The first person I spoke with when setting this up was super friendly and helpful.  Don't know what happened to her as the next guy was completely clueless.  When we went in to hand in the paperwork, a very miserable, sarcastic, jerk "helped" us.  Unfortunately, every time we've gone in there for other services we have had to deal with this dingleberry.  Today, my husband needed to get a single form notarized.  My husband is well over 60 even though he does not look it and a disabled veteran.  He copped an attitude after letting him sign the incorrect line - ruining the form and telling him I can't do anything behaving as though he broke the law.  So now we have to  start all over again.  We will not be coming back except to turn in our keys next Saturday.  Good riddance!

I love going to this store as well as the Hutto UPS store. Yes, the lines can get long, but happens with ALL establishments these days. I come to this one or Hutto because the customer service is outstanding. They're amazing and personable, while keeping you on-top of your logistics. Keep up the good work!
