Great store, I accidently came to pick up my printing order a day early but they jumped right into getting it finished up while I was in the store. The staff was incredibly nice, and I watched the owner stick up for her employees when a belligerent customer was cursing up a storm. That kind of the things means a lot to me. My small business will be doing all of its printing and shipping here from now on
Really rude people working here now. I never use to have an issue, there's a smaller girl with red hair that is short and rude to people. I didn't know my return to Amazon needed to be in a package, she told me it's $11 for the box I need and I said I'm not gonna pay that I'll just go find one. I did and brought it in and said "Does this box work?" With enthusiasm hoping I got one before they closed at 6pm and her response was "yup." With an eye roll. Then before we were done she comments saying "your box needs to be tapped up next time to or we'll charge you." With an attitude and I commented back saying well, FEDEX doesn't they take care of me. She was very rude and short with me. Working in customer service myself, idc if she was having a bad day or doesn't like her job. That was uncalled for. I'll be doing my returs through fedex from now on and I suggest other people do the same. 7-27-23
Very friendly, fast service, and convenient location. They are vey knowledgeable about Amazon returns and will help you to get things returned correctly. Highly recommend them.
Manager has a major attitude blaming me and Amazon for packaging confusion instead of just helping a customer. Didn't say thank you for the business. He comes across as an angry, know it all. Next time, we will pick a different return solution like Kohls.
02/02/2023 4:00 I went in with a box of returns to send out. I was having issues getting the barcodes. Sarah was so patient and kind. She didn't rush me! Sarah showed true customer service! I will go back to that location if I have any shipping needs!

Edited one year later. Changed from 2 stars to 1 star Since this is the closest location I decided to try again here. Stood in line 10 minutes while they dealt with one unorganized person. The line was literally out the door and not one of the other 4 people working stepped up to help with customer service. I’ll go out of my way and just go to the store across town. Original review: Took some returns here to ship back to Amazon. All I can say is they ya e the rudest, most unfriendly staff I e ever encountered. The is my reason they get 2 stars is because they did the job, but acted as though they were doing me the hugest favor ever. If you DON’T want the business, don’t take it!!! If you hate your job, get a different one.
I stopped in yesterday to ship a package. There was a line out the door. There was a lady in one line who seemed confused on what she needed, and such I get it, when I started selling online I was lost The girl at the checkout kindly explained everything and helped her understand each item. The staff kept the line moving by having a manager come down the line, and take packages that were ready and grab receipts so those who came in ready to ship were taken care of. The line diminished in no time, and I thought they did a great job. None of the customers waiting had negative attitudes, which was also nice. The staff being attentive to each guest even when they were swamped really kept the moral up
Fast, quick and easy. That's all I can ask for.
Even with 3 registers they get backed up pretty bad, not their fault really when people don't have their slips ready. All my stuff is pre - labeled and ready to go.
