I was trying to send something internationally and before I went in there my friend who ships all the time said there’s a 1 week option that shouldn’t go over a certain price. When I go in a guy with long hair greets me and was actually pretty nice, but he quoted me double the price and said that the two day shipping was the slowest they had and ups was structured around speed. He then recommended I go to USPS for cheaper but slower options.  Not sure if he just didn’t know or was trying to get me out of the store. Either way it wasn’t a great experience.

Unhelpful staff in regard to shredding service.  "Container was full", they said and did not off suggestions as to when it would become available or any other options.  Bad customer service!

Staff recently went above and beyond.  I really appreciate it.  Always nice, courteous, and efficient.  I’ve sent lots of large items including a bike and other odd shapes, and they are always happy to help.  Thanks!

I know it's just a UPS store, but I like this particular location  unreasonably much. I've never had bad service and is right next to the Farmers market which I stop by religiously every Wednesday.  this makes mailing things extremely easy and convenient. The people working here also give good advice and are very personable.

Been going to this store for over 5 years and I love it. It is my preferred UPS store. the Staff are super helpful and nice.

They nickel and dime you for everything. The customer service is hit or miss. Some of the people who work there can be extremely bossy and condescending.

Doesn’t pick up phone and doesn’t understand the meaning of a walking distance drop off, useless

I drop off packages frequently and I've always found the staff here to be efficient, helpful, and accommodating.  An explanation for the people complaining about rudeness: The last time I was there, four people in a row walked in either without a mask or with their nose uncovered. They have to constantly tell people to wait in line outside. This must be super distracting when trying to help the customer in front of them. Highly visible signage directing people about where to stand would resolve much of this. In addition, UPS has not provided them with the right tools to do their job. The taller guy had to use his personal phone to take pictures of people's QR codes to help move the line along more quickly. This is ridiculous. UPS should be providing scanners etc. The fact that the guy went out of his way to expedite the experience even though it makes his job more complicated shows that he does care about facilitating a good experience.

I don't know what these other reviewers are complaining about for real. These guys are always super efficient and take care of me quickly. This UPS store beats any I've gone to in SF, East Bay and Peninsula by FAR. Nice dues, quick service, nice location.

I drop many packages here, and they are fast and efficient. However, I have to agree with a couple of comments about wanting to nickel and dime customers, and being pricey.  So, knowing that, I try not to ask for anything, unless I have to. Although the Amazon instructions state that UPS or Kohl supposed to package for Amazon clients. Haven't pushed that issue yet. I simply take my tape roll with me, just in case.
