They get the job done but most employees there , other than the blonde with glasses she is great! lack in cordial mannerisms that you would hope to have experienced as a customer. Feels like another government entity. Even the Post Office has more polite services in my many experiences over the years.

Victor and his team were amazing helping me out with shipping. I would come here over anyone else even if it meant paying more! I came in as a complete noob on what to do and they made the process extremely easy.
We are at our wits end. UPS keeps delivering our mail to the completely wrong places and then tells us IT'S OUR FAULT for them completely messing up and losing our mail. You have explicit instructions of where to deliver. It's literally your job and you refuse to help at all. Yes it is your fault. You know exactly where we are give us our mail.
There a great crew!! I rent a mailbox there. And I've never had bad service. Everyone is polite and professional. No complaints. Keep on keeping on.
This store is fabulous! They are all VERY knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I send and return items weekly and I look forward to going there. We are so fortunate to have suck a UPS store in our neighborhood!
Great customer service and very fast! They helped us receive packages while visiting the area. Update; I had another package delivered a month later and ups scanned it in too early. Therefore I was worried thinking my package was lost. Megan and Molly and the manager worked all weekend and kept me posted on their research and Ensured me they were looking for it. Ups delivered it Monday morning and they called me right away. I appreciate the effort they put forth. I really appreciate their hard work and communication they had with me. Excellent office !
I’ve never had a bad experience here! I tend to return stuff pretty frequently and this store is always awesome and friendly! Thanks for always dealing with my million Amazon returns! Also when I receive packages from UPS they are always treated MUCH better than fedex ever treats them, and much friendlier and more professional than fedex ever is.
I have two businesses and I am in this store to send or receive packages almost every day. I also have a mailbox at this location. Every encounter I have had with the owner and employees has been fantastic. They are always patient and helpful. This is the only place I will use for my shipping needs. I have looked through the one star reviews and I have to comment on them. It seems to me that we are at a point in time where fearful people who seem to be afraid of their own shadow, can attempt to nit pick and destroy business after business, when the employees and owners are doing their absolute best to treat every customer right. This location has all of the signs, stickers, shields, etc. that I see at every other business I go into that try to cater to the fearful masses. It wouldn’t surprise me if many of the one star reviews are by people from out of state that are new to the area and need to learn how to treat others. This isn’t New York, it’s not LA, be polite, because these guys sure are. If you are one of the people who likes to destroy other people’s livelihoods in a feeble attempt to give yourself some sort of pseudo safety, why don’t you just help everyone by having the UPS guy pick up your package from your house. You can even stay inside so you don’t have to have any human interaction. It’ll save you a trip while the grown ups can conduct business and have a pleasant time doing so.
