People inside were nice, but I had scheduled online through the website to get some notary services down and the website allowed for scheduling through the whole day but this specific building only does them from 8-12 and 4-6 it seems. Pretty disappointing to have this discrepancy when I’ve had to work my whole day around it and won’t be available later.

Terrible service taking back Amazon packages looks for any reason to not take return.  Says I need a box when it was shipped in mylar envelope that it was still in

Great customer service usually at this location but something is wrong with the older man with glasses who was working there yesterday. When a customer walks up to your counter and says hello, you don’t just glare and say nothing. Luckily the young man next to him politely greeted me and offered to help me. He should get some training on basic customer service. Aside from him everyone is so helpful and kind there.

This is the best UPS store in Tacoma in my opinion. In the afternoon there are two young guys at work there that are really quick with getting everybody taken care of. Several times I’ve walked in there and there was a line almost to the door but I was only in line for like five minutes total. They’re faster than any other UPS in the city or county for that matter.

I had an oversized suitcase to return to Amazon and didn’t have a box for it. In the rain, a nice young man opened the back door for me to retrieve it from my car, weighed and measured it and figured out how to get the return done for me. He made it SO pleasant and easy. He is a keeper!!

the most horrible shipping experience TWICE. in less than two months they’ve lost two packages with gifts in them. first all of my christmas presents and then my valentine’s day presents to my boyfriend who lives across the country. the shipping is EXPENSIVE 80+ dollars for one and around 30 for a very small package. After spending 80 dollars for them to lose 600+ dollars worth of items, they offer me a check of 100 dollars. the manager is useless and just says “it’s out of my control” to every issue because she doesn’t wish to take ownership over the situation. i cannot believe any business which wants to keep customers would be this terrible. I would literally drive an hour plus EACH way if I had to, to any other shipping place and pay double than ever use them ever again. I don’t think Ive written a negative review before in my life but 0/10 absolutely do not recommend.

I set up an appointment with the notary on their website. They called me 10 minutes before the appointment after my sisters had already taken off work to meet me at that time.  Thankfully, there was a small helpful notary shop called Poppin Notary that I was able to walk in and get the documents signed! They were very helpful. I would go there before going here 100% of the time.

The Best of the Best. I always get treated wonderfully here. The people are so nice, customers & service. I have been doing all my shipping there if possible for years now.

We've used this UPS store a bunch for copies, printing and mailing and have only ever had positive experiences. It is a great location, but a small shop, so it can get busy and there is often a line, but it usually moves very quickly and I have only ever seen the lady I assume to be the owner acting kindly toward both staff and customers. I appreciate this place and the service they provide.

We checked with this store for the availability of Will notorization services, confirmed and booked an appointment for the above, noting that we specifically wanted a Will notarized, showed up on time, even to be greeted by the correct person to be told she couldn't do that. Utterly useless and a waste of time.
