STORE #2735 Awesome manager, great team! I get fast, friendly service every time I go in. The manager greets me by my name and immediately checks the totes for a delivery for me, without having me wait in line. Even nearing the close of business hours, I'm greeted with smiles and friendly service. They are all a perfect example of exemplary customer service!
Update: my package never came. I wish they were better, but Kristin gave me the hardest time. A UPS note with the statement "UPS Store" was placed on my door for me to pick up my package from there. I never use UPS and thanks for this store I will try my hardest not to. Its not this lady's fault if she couldn't find the package, my issues came when she did not know how to direct me to her line. The only line open. The other line was helping customers already. I really hope they find people with better customer service skills. I literally had to ask where the line was and there were only 2 line and 5 people in the store. Its like she didn't want to assist me from the beginning. How sad. She needs to find a better job or a clue if she decides to stay here.
I've been dealing with this business for years and never had a problem. Have a PO Box there also. Even the new owner have started to learn me and my mom name. They know our face already. I've noticed that most of the reviews are for UPS shipper. I think they are so upset that as long as it says UPS they will leave a review. Trust I've had my share of problems with UPS but this business isn't at fault

I was running pretty low on vape juice so I decided to save some money and order some. Normally, I got my order within 3 to 5 days. This time, not the case. The driver arrived and did not knock on my door. He/she dropped a sorry we missed you note by my front door and left. I was in the kitchen cooking and cleaning so I would have heard them knock. They did not. There was also a doorbell. They did not ring it. I gave them one star because I had choice. This driver didn't even deserve 1.
Ordered my son a birthday gift, they were suppose to deliver it days ago, the first time said it was wrong address it wasn’t second day they said I wasn’t home when I called UPS previously and asked them to drop it off at my house, I was working. Now my son doesn’t have his birthday present and I don’t know whether they’ll actually deliver his gift on Tuesday or not. And I paid $20 for shipping just to not get it
I don’t know why people have left bad reviews? I had 3 returns for Amazon, walked in, was immediately helped, I was in and out in 3 minutes. I have no problems with this place at all, and this was at lunchtime. People expect everything to be done NOW and IMMEDIATELY these days, well, they took care of me immediately and I’m very pleased. Wish everything went this smoothly in Orangeburg. HAHAHAHA. You can’t even get a hamburger in the drive thru made right, “No onions and mayonnaise” - the only thing they put on it is EXTRA ONIONS AND MAYO!! And people gripe about the UPS Store?!
After several successful deliveries all of a sudden the driver claims my address is invalid and they can't deliver my package. Mind u I paid for 2 day shipping and 4 days later I'm still waiting on my order to arrive after leaving a vivid description of where I live. Worst UPS EVER!!!
The lady charges me a $1 for putting 2 pcs of tape on my box! and not helpful with shipping either. I needed to ship a box back to my address in Canada and she said I have to have an ID with a US address to be able to ship to Canada. First time wver happening to me!
Their team had it going on today! Very busy but one employee routed customers to the appropriate register and it worked like a well oiled machine. Thanks to all and especially Jordan!
