I went to the UPS store on the Monday before Easter. To make sure my granddaughter would get her packages on time.. The woman behind the counter tells me yes it can be there On Wednesday. The cost would be forty nine dollars and sixty cents. I said I don't want to expedite it. I just want to make sure it gets there before saturday. She tells me the computer won't let her go any further on delivery dates and prices never heard of such a thing she tells me oh come back in. A couple of days and see what the price is then. Does that make any sense to you of course? It would be more because now I have to expedite to make sure she gets it before easter. Then I watched the video of my granddaughter opening. Her packages and her easter card which had ten two dollar bills in it was not in the package. The one behind the counter package all the presents into a different box and obviously stole the card. The owner of the store is ignorant. She never responded to problem I had to go to the corporate office. There's something not right with that store. We know her sons are safe hes a felon he can't even go into. Walmarthis is disgusting business practice in our small community.

ALWAYS doing business is a pleasant experience.  I was made to feel that when it came to be my turn, that I was a VIP!  This store should be proud of the staff!  My warmest thanks to all!

The owner of this store is one of the most bitter, angry people you could hope to never encounter. We literally lost over $10k because of her poor packaging of our items and she was consistently nasty to us every time we went in to the store. For all we know she sabotaged our shipments. Finally we found great help through FedEx but not before she ruined our reputation with PayPal and lost our account. I attempted to resolve the matter with the owner and her district manager. Neither of them attempted to make the matter right, despite the fact they knew several of our items were severely damaged during shipping.

Needed help tracking a package sent from store 2 wks ago. Employee refused to track package, said "he would get same information as I, just track it yourself". Better customer service would be helpful for future business.

In store on Thursday seeking notary, copies and fax.  Was told notary was out until Monday.  Fine, on Tuesday we returned seeking the same services, there was one other person in store mailing a box and 2 employees.  Again we asked if there was a notary and was told, "Yes, I am but I don't have any appointments until tomorrow". When did this start?  How come we were not told on Thursday we needed an appointment?  Hello, I live 25 miles away. I left the store and went outside, where I spent 10-15 mins googling notaries. The whole time I was standing there only one other person went into store and they had a package to mail.   I decided to try my bank, to my surprise not only did they have a notary they copied and faxed my 3 page document, FREE. I will not be back to this UPS store again!

Went to get something notarized and the woman was nasty to me, said I’d have to come back or make an appointment. Went to the library a block away and got it done right then, for free, and by a very sweet lady. I recommend the library.

I had three packages today that I took to the UPS store. Two were fairly easy and the other was DirectTV equipment that needed returned. I was rather nervous because I had over 6 receivers, tons of cords, remotes, etc. and I figured it was going to take a while. The lady was friendly despite being under the weather. She had me in and out of her store quickly and painlessly. I was appreciative of her efficiency because I had several errands to run in a short amount of time.

This store does a great service and they are independently owned and operated. As a business owner myself I don't understand any of the negative responses as 95% of them are being directed to this UPS Store when they should be directed to UPS directly. I have been working with this store for the past 8 years or so and I have always been greeted with a smile and understanding if I had a question about my shipments. Keep up the good service!

Entrance is right in the middle of dierbergs storefront. Only been there once. Returned an Amazon package, and I was in and out in around one minute.

The owner of the store was not helpful at all. It seemed like she was kind of being crabby with me. And told me she could not print my items because I had to wait an hour. I did not have a problem with this, and then I asked her if there were any other copy print area close, and she told me no. I literally went around the corner and found a much better one a block away. Never go to this store. It's terrible.
