Really, TAPE? What happened to customer service?! Give me the roll. I’m told to take it to UPS store to return. I do! I am in this store at least once a week & you cannot spare a strip of tape…maybe a warning, or just the cost of doing business?! New concept….SERVICE, quality & cleanliness=VALUE! UPS let me down on shipping and damaging an item, then charging me for TAPE to return the piece…when I have a barcode for return shipping.
I recently visited the UPS Store in my neighborhood and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the things that stood out to me was the speed at which the staff were able to process my package. I had a lot of items to ship and was worried it would take a long time, but the staff quickly and efficiently handled everything and had my package on its way in no time. Another thing that impressed me was the range of services the store offered. In addition to shipping, they also offered printing, binding, and even mailbox rentals. It was great to be able to take care of all my business needs in one convenient location. But perhaps the best thing about this UPS Store was the customer service. The staff were always willing to go the extra mile to help me out and answer any questions I had. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience at the UPS Store and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Five stars!
I came by to this UPS store to send my laptop back to my company’s IT dept and literally just walked in with the broken laptop and charger. Even though it was almost at closing on a Saturday and there was a line of customers, the employees were super helpful in getting a box and wrapping it in bubble wrap for me to make sure it’s safe and secure. They even helped me print the shipping label from my email. Great experience overall!
It’s been a great experience every time I go for anything I need. The service is fast and efficient and the facility is quite clean. I never have to wait in line and the staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing. I am always greeted as I enter the door never had any issues. I am so thankful that there is a UPS store close to my home that I know I can rely on.
My main UPS store from here on out, it is run properly and professionally. Even when the line is long each employee is working diligently on shortening the line in a timely and efficient manner. The staff is a very friendly and welcoming.

The best UPS store I have ever been to. This store is my go to place for all my shipping and printing needs. The staff is very courteous and helpful especially the manager of the store, Mumin. They always guide you with the best possible advice and go above and beyond to cater for your requests.
The customer service could be better at this location. I guess I appeared as a ghost this morning because the female representative in the store kept acting as if I was not present. When I walked in there was two other people in the store, one was being helped and the other was waiting for assistance. Finally a male associate comes from the back to assist the other customer waiting. A few minutes later another customer walks in behind me. It's about 5 minutes waiting at this point, not a big deal. After the female representative finished with the person she was assisting, she immediately starts helping the customer that came in behind me, who was standing behind me. She was guiding them where to sit boxes and then they started having multiple other conversations regarding packaging, purchasing, and tape. I was being patient. Finally I walk up to the register after she directs them to get tape. She then stated my QR code was a post office code after barely attempting to scan it. I politely tell her it was a UPS code. If you work for UPS you should be able to recognize the codes. They always start with "1Z". The customer behind me walks up to the side of the calendar with tape to purchase. The female rep told me she's going to ring them up first and then help me. I told her no, and that I was here first. Her response was even worse with her smart remark and asked "is it that important". I replied, "yes it is". My time is important. I had been waiting almost 10 minutes at this point for a transaction that takes less than 30 seconds at any other store. The audacity to never acknowledge me and then just take someone who walked in the door behind me as if I was not standing there and my time is not precious. That's not how you do business and that certainly was not good service. They should greet customers as they walk in the door and at least acknowledge them. I was dropping off a package that was ready to ship and just needed her to print my receipt after scanning the code. However, she felt my time was not as precious as the others she was assisting.
The staff at this UPS Store were very helpful. I had a return to dyson that I needed to process and they helped me through all the steps from start to finish. I will make sure to use the Whitlock location exclusively.
