I come here fairly regularly and the staff is always very friendly and quick even with there is a line, it doesn't take long to get help. I wanted to give a particular shoutout to Sabrina and Chase who have consistently been very helpful and proactive in making any needs go smoothly and without ever feeling rushed. They have built the trust that I prioritize coming here first when trying to return or ship something out. Thanks again!

Fast and compliant! The employees are nice and caring to my shipping needs. They efficiently scanned my packages and I was finished quickly. They printed my labels and placed them on all of my packages. The owner is very kind. I would love to send them some gifts :

i had sent a employment application to their location and end up not wanting to work with that company. i  called the next day to tell the girl who work there to trow the application away ti found out this Friday she did not do that .the manger got mad that i was not having them copied even though  i made him aware the girl never trow  them away.  i  need for him to scan my  id and email it he only told a photo of the id and would not scan and email and charge me $3.49. i went to another ups store in long beach on pacific located in wall green store the agent would not provide me service he said he was not allow to send my id because it is government property  them told me they do not do copying when i said what happen to be at the pine location  and that i was  reporting them to the corporate office which i was not planning  to do until he said they contact them and said they had problems with me and they should not give me service the ups i did have a problem with the store on ocean and the manger and the corporate office were very nice to me and said i would still be able to go to that store   the corporate office of fed x take care of there clients if there any issues they have at one of there

It has always been a pleasant experience for me and I love they also accept returns for Amazon w/o repackaging or cost. Just get your authorization from Amazon online and you're set. It's underground in the WF bldg on Pine. Happy Longtime Customer

They refused a package that I paid for to be shipped here because it was over 7 pounds, which made me have to file a claim thinking it was LOST when they could have just called me and told me it would be at Cerritos instead! This package was for my small business and it almost ruined my entire weekend! Will never be coming back to this location, thank GOD i’m moving!!!

Usually fast even when crowded. A bit unorganized but clean. Delivers on time.

UPS is better than FedEx.. what more do you need?

I've been to this UPS location more than 10 times now. The clerks are usually nice and very helpful. Service is always fast, with no drama. The location is also very convenient a few blocks from where I live, in the heart of downtown Long Beach with the train station, bars, a shopping center, and other fun spots nearby. I've also gotten my passport pictures taken here, and the quality was decent they can print or email you the pictures. Once, I even bought one of the hippie charm bracelets that they sell for about $10 after tax and I love it! However, last time I was there, I gave a return package to the clerk an older White guy and he just tossed it on the floor near the entrance. I thought that was weird, but it's the only "incident" I've had here so no big deal, I guess.

Great UPS store! Employees are very helpful & friendly. Easy parking in covered lot behind store. 15min free but they will validate if more is needed. I have used them for packing & shipping of fragile antique items-everything arrived safely!. I have also used their notary services & got a small mailbox box there. It's been great to get email alerts when I have packages/mail. You can even arrange to pick up late from a locker inside! I couldn't be more pleased with this place.

I’ve been to this location a few times already and it’s always been a quick, easy, friendly experience. Tom, the gentleman at the front, is always so attentive and kind, I always feel well taken care of and that my packages are in good hands. Glad to have this location as my go-to
