I come here often, I even have a box which I pay for yearly. I have never had any issues until today that I was treated VERY rudely when I asked why do I have to pay for tape to return an Amazon package when my Amazon label does NOT state I should pay for any tape! I understand if I was mailing my own package and paying for it but I should NOT have to pay for tape to return packages to Amazon in the same box it came in! And when I asked for clarification the gentleman behind the counter said "do you want me to send it open and rolled his eyes at me". Unprofessional and rude! I'm disgusted by his reaction!
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, these people pick n choose who they want to be nice to. No name tag on the reps.There’s an American girl who speaks with a hash rude voice, and an Indian guy who is also extremely rude. These people need communication classes n definitely etiquette in customer service
DO NOT SHIP FROM THIS UPS STORE! They STEAL your packages! They create a UPS label but never process it through the system. The first time this happened, I just chalked it up to a lost package, not worth my time putting in a claim. It was an AMAZON return, where you don't have to package the item. UPS puts all of these in one shipment to Amazon. Except, they don't! Read the 1-star reviews! There are multiple cases like this for this store! Wasn't always like that, but they managed to hire crooks for this location. The nano second that UPS puts this type of item through their system, AMAZON considers the item RETURNED and you get the refund before the item even SHIPS because they trust that UPS has it and that is on the way. Unfortunately, the crooks at this UPS store do not properly process this type of return so the product never leaves their store through UPS, but rather it goes home with the crook hired by this UPS STORE. You've been warned.
The most greedy and nasty store I’ve been in. To charge $1 for packing tape is absolutely ridiculous I could see if it was not an Amazon package but it’s literally part of your contract to do Amazon returns. I have NEVER been to another UPS that charges for this. On top of that the store smells musty and disgusting. This is the last time I’ll come to this UPS and drive a few miles to the new Mirada one instead.
Mailed a package last night UPS and this morning when I went on the UPS website to track package, the package is not showing it was shipped. Will go to the store now to see what is going on.
This store does not deserve a 3 star rating. The employees can't help that UPS charges higher than USPS to ship items via Ground and other methods. I've always had great customer service at this store. Granted I just do Amazon returns - but they have always been top notch! They could do with a sign telling people to keep the line moving all the way to the corner, but that's just nitpicking.

My friend went in and there was a long line and 2 workers inside. Their system was down and they weren't telling anyone or acknowledging the amount of people in store. People were walking out with packages still in hand.
This store is great. The location is convenient and the employees are friendly and work efficiently!
Don’t ship your items from this location. This ups store has lost my package and hasn’t done anything besides give me the ups claims number.
