A recent change in personnel has brought about 'new and improved' service that anyone would expect be provided for their shipping and/or printing needs. As I have come to know the owner, this family run business has gone out of their way to help me, or indicate to me, the best option if it is a service they could not provide me. Certain "stuff" still must be brought to the nearest post office, which is always a hit or miss experience for me. A very good location with quick and efficient service - happy they are my shipping providers. Dr. Bob
I went to do Amazon returns and it was great friendly staff and the new crew is excellent printed amazon return for free for me and it was amazing easy return. I would highly recommend this location for all the shipping and Amazon returns
This location has a nice sharp metal burr sticking out of their door frame, on the latch side, upon which I tore my jacket on the way out a few days ago. When the manager finally called me, he was condescending, rude, and unwilling to compensate me for my ruined jacket or allow me contact with the owner. He claimed it was only my fault for my puffy coat brushing up against the edge of the door frame and ripping and claims no responsibility for the sharp metal burr sticking out. He went on to ask if I brushed up against the door frame because I was using a walker or cane. Also rude. The manager could not even have the decency to offer an apology. He just wanted to make sure that I knew that he placed the blame on me. Not a hint of negligence on their part. This store is never getting any of my business again and I will advise anyone I know not to use this store. I also read through all the previous reviews and see that my experience is not a unique one. If the employees and management can't be polite and accommodating to their clients, then they should work somewhere else where they don't have to speak to clients. Don't bother calling corporate, they're equally as useless. Also, I noticed the owner's responses on here and how sarcastic and rude that person is as well. Great way to run a business.
This is an excellent UPS location. The staff are patient and helpful. I think the manager and his new team are great.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I live across from this location and avoid it at all cost. First off, it smells like a hamster cage in there. It’s nauseating. The slob behind the counter is always rude. He hates when people come in and is always some how condescending to everyone despite his sloppy unprofessional appearance and attitude . The whole experience is repulsive. If you’re in Schaumburg, it’s worth the drive to go to the UPS at 869 E Schaumburg at Rd, it’s a world of a difference. The people there are extremely friendly and kind. Worth the drive. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
If there were negative zero stars I would give this place I would! Edgar is the absolute worst employee that has ever waited on me at UPS. I been a regular customer for this location for the past 8 years…most know me by face and name. I came in to pick up a package that was under my husband name I have same last name and same address granted I do this on a weekly basis. Edgar said no I can’t pick up packages under my husbands name he reluctantly didn’t even budge to help me. Didn’t even bother to ask for help. I then I said you must be new why don’t you ask the other man to validate who l am. Then after a while the other older man couldn’t find my package and asked Edgar for him to look for it. If he would have looked hard enough he would have noticed that I was right in front of him the whole time, instead of telling me I had to call customer service. He hands me package and I walked away and then heard him say “next time don’t give me attitude” I walked back and said excuse me ? I had no attitude you job is to serve your customers and do your job! Seriously he completely disrespected as a women kept yelling, didn’t want to give me his name. Said he wasn’t there to serve customers. Even threaten me to come back tomorrow. Not sure why such a disrespectful lazy rude unprofessional individual would work there if he just likes to have confrontations with customers and not serve them. I’m escalation this issue to corporate.
If you can avoid doing amazon returns at this location, do it. Dropped off something 11 days ago and has still not been returned. Both of the employees I encountered were very unfriendly, bordering on rude. Employees here should try to be a little nicer and more pleasant.
I wish i could give it zero stars. I have been going to the store for over a decade until recently. New owners took over and they are very rude and they talk down to you. I saw the boxes against the wall but didn't have the right size. When I asked the older gentleman behind the counter, If they had other boxes in back that would fit the game in past employees help me out with sizing and I showed them the game. He snapped at me pointed and said the boxes are there.Will never go back, and told family and friends.
Sent an item to Tennessee and when it got there it was broken in several pieces, filed a claim and they have been dragging there feet on paying the claim for around $20 talked to Bradley at this location and said I don’t know why it should take so long to pay the claim, we gave pictures and receipts for the damaged item, told him that there is suppose to be $100 of insurance coverage and the you as in UPS BROKE the item, he said he did not break the item, I asked if he thought “he” was UPS and that it was the company he represents and if he could not make the difference between the two and was told if I talk to him like that that he would hang up. Grow a pair Bradly, shouldn’t be working in the service industry if you take your company matters personally
Love this UPS location. I have all my packages forwarded to the store so i go and pick them up when i can. I have packages almost everyday and love how nice the guys at the front desk are. They even bring the heavy ones to my car Thank you guys for the great job you do!
