Went in during a very busy time, right before Christmas. One person was working there and I'm am blown away by her kindness. Never have I met someone so polite and customer service oriented. I asked her if she was a manager and she said yes. I hope upper management sees this review because she definitely makes an amazing impression for their location. Erin was so kind! I hope I spelled her name right.
Astashia was so helpful. I’m a 61 year old woman and I’m not savvy with computers. She helped me through all my transactions. She was sweet and very understanding. She deserves recognition for her knowledge and her friendliness.
Not exactly sure what is going on with this store haven’t been in for about a week but rude to say the least. Normally the customer service is great haven’t seen these guys before if this continues need to find a new one
Of all of the ups locations I’ve been to, this one is always the best. They’re always quick and friendly. Problem solvers instead of just saying “no”. I go here very often.
I am not very phone or computer savvy and I have never been denied help with any service I need done. Very helpful.

I went to this location and they must be pressed because the service that I received from Will was horrible. The Spirit of the Lord was the only reason I didn't go off. He treated me like I was a child and was extremely condescending. As a minority, I know he wouldn't have talked to and treated "Karen" that way and I'm no less that a non-minority. Sad, we seem to treat our people the worse. Please provide him with some customer service skills training. Also, I notice that the "Owner" only responds to positive comments on here,; I respectfully submit for your consideration the idea to wake up and take note of the situations as well as part of "Continuous Improvement."
Horrible service. I called today around 9:30 and spoke with a woman that was so rude it was incredible. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and have an 18 month old. I needed to a package that just needed to be returned. Already had postage and everything. Asked could I call and leave it at the door for no contact. You would thought I asked her to disable an explosive device or something. Her attitude was horrible and she refused to do it with no real explanation. I’ve worked customer service and management my whole life and KNOW you don’t treat customers like this. Especially during a pandemic. I’ll never patronize this location again
NEVER EVER leave a pre-paid, addressed and no receipt needed. This has been my go-to store for Amazon returns for the past 5 years. Never had a problem until last week. A few had to have labels printed but I left 1 box, pre-addressed and all. Within hours all the returns were already refunded except one ... Guess which one? I called the store to ask what happened to it. I had The number expecting the girl to ask for it. She didn't even ask. The girl was curt, rude and unbelievably no help whatsoever. I was a bother to her. She said it had already been picked up and wasn't even run into their system? I call BS. Will never go back even outside of Holiday season.
I've been coming to this UPS for a little over 3 years and I have always had great customer service until today. The new young white guy refused to take my Amazon packages today. Amazon has it set up with UPS that you dont have to have a box or label just bring it to the location. The new guy told me that I was lying and he needed to see it in writing. He tried to belittle me in front of the other customers. I took my packages and told him I would never return! Let me also add his mom who no longer works there told me to start doing that so.i won't have to bring in so many packages. The gentleman with the blonde hair who I love told me the same thing. The new guy said he needed names and he didn't care if I didn't come back.
