You are absolutely trash you hide behind the fact that you are not UPS you're just a franchise and screwed me at a $400 that you broke during shipping that I paid you guys to pack I hope no one ever comes to the store ever again if they were smart they would not

I have used this facility for 10 years. The staff is generally exceptional and well managed. They are helpful and knowledgeable. When I have large print jobs, I send the item via email for printing. It is affordable and cheap. I have had numerous manuals that were not bound copied and bound at very reasonable cost. If you had another star, this business and its personnel would get it!
Came in for printing for my daughters baby shower and the service was super friendly. Very helpful and courteous. They were busy and never acted impatient or annoyed with any of the customers. This is actually my second time in here and both have been great experiences. Thank you for being friendly and helpful.
It just dawned on me that I've had a mail box here for 8 to 10 years and have never written a review on this place! The people are great and you get personalized service. My wife and I travel and we can just call Roylene up, give her an address to ship to and she will forward all our mail for us. Like most of the other UPS stores, they offer a wide range of copying and shipping stuff too.
The last was very pleasant and nice. Greeted me with a smile and seemed happy to help me. I left the one on 51st because the guy was rude and not friendly at all. Please send her to 51st to train them on customer service!!
If I could give a negative rating, I would. Was told that shipping would be $16 but I needed another box. Well $18 for a box and $5 for packing peanuts later my $16 ship turned into $42. This is crazy and the staff had attitude to boot. Avoid this store. Your wallet will thank you for it
Very nice bunch, however I went to get some documents notarized and overnighted for a real estate sale, and one of the documents wasn't stamped. The next day the closing company had me re-do the document, and the notary did it right this time, but wanted to charge me $28.27 to overnight the paper that they had screwed up on the first time. Her explanation was that it "was not her fault that she didn't stamp it" but she's a NOTARY. Isn't that her job? I wouldn't use them again, since they made money from their screw up, but they were very personable.
Super quick and friendly. The attendant ran to help me with the door when she saw me struggling carrying my packages.
