I use this store for both business and personal use. We have a business mailbox, print labels and ship to/from the store. It’s a very clean and organized facility. The manager and most of the staff are incredibly kind, helpful and caring. In full transparency, there is one staff member that I feel doesn’t like her job. But that’s not enough for me to lower my score or overall feeling of the place. Lines can get long because this is the only UPS store in the area, but they do their best to keep the lines moving by handling Amazon returns and drop offs in a separate line.
I come here often to print labels and have always been treated so well. The manager, Katie, goes above and beyond and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. Glad to have them in Battle Ground!
The UPS Store is always friendly and strives to move people through their line as quickly as possible. The only recommendation I have would be that they should have a designated Amazon return line during the holidays, in order to help with some of the backup. Other than that, they are awesome! I've used the store several times, and it seems to always go pretty quick. Today I swung in there and accidentally had a USPS package. Justin taped it up for me and stuck my return label on. Above and beyond service!
Love our local UPS store. I have never had bad experiences with the people working there. Every time I go to the counter they smile at me. Yes, they have to ask questions due to certain batteries that have to be handled with caution and the box has to have a specific label on it. Yes, they ask if you ship liquid again to be sure it is packed correctly. Give them a break! Next time, walk up to the counter and smile and understand they don't just want to make your life miserable but help you and be sure your package arrives safely. And by the way it is almost always an estimated time of delivery. Weather can impact it if it goes by plane, or big long haul UPS truck even you might get through in a car.
As someone who works in the industry and is a long time UPS customer I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced by Justin and Patrick. I rushed to make it there before they close at 5pm after I got off work and walked up to the door that was already locked. All the lights were still on and I saw the two employees inside with another customer. I knocked on the door showing my phone that it wasn't quite 5 yet and that I just had a barcode item. In and out in 15 seconds The employee who was standing at the counter doing nothing laughed and walked in the back ignoring me and the other rudely yelled we are closed without looking at me. After waiting for 2mins he let the other customer out I told him I made it before 5pm showing him my phone and he said that the computers shut down now. I asked why they locked the door before 5pm and he said he didn't and to come back the next day. It wasn't even the fact that they wouldn't help me right before close. It wasn't the fact that they thought I couldn't tell time, but how rude and entitled these young boys were. I know how annoying it is to have a customer come right before close but sometimes it happenes. I hope management looks into why they are closing the store before close time and maybe get better employees.
This is the BEST UPS store that I have EVER been to. Customer service was amazing, helped with all of my shipping needs. Will be coming here for any of my shipping needs in the future. Thank you Battle Ground UPS :
