Stood in line for 5 minutes which was out the door after I came in. Was never greeted by any employees or acknowledged. All I needed to do was drop off a package and get a receipt like many other customers there. Maybe you should teach the employees “people over tasks” as the one lady who was not helping a customer was ignoring the rest of us and packing stuff while we all waited for just drop off receipts. I left and will take my Amazon return which unfortunately has to only be done by ups and business to another location. Heard the FedEx office down the street is great though.
They are doing their very best with what they are given. The store is too small. This is a huge residential area. I gave the five star review. The employees are trying their best to keep up wonderfully. At the same time they have to work with customer service which also means working with the public which also means a lot of different types of people to come and try to understand every single one good job. I also need to mention there needs to be a bigger store you will make more money on top of that because you will keep more customers coming through the door instead of walking away.
Sign on the door and Google showed close time 6:30pm, I arrived about 6:15pm and the door was locked. I started to phone and a worker then unlocked the door and told me they were getting ready to close. I asked if I needed to come back tomorrow, and the woman then let me come in to do Amazon returns. I was finished and check my phone upon leaving at 6:25pm. I felt the staff did not want to serve me, but saw I had my phone in my hand and reluctantly did so. I feel that I have received better service at other UPS locations and that the owner should be aware.
Was there today. I was helped but a young lady ahead of me in line had a computer stolen from her by one of the employees there. The employee wasn’t present at the time but it was obvious it was stolen. She was patient and called the authorities immediately. The employees present at the time seemed to be helpful and helped I believe but still she shouldn’t have had to go through that! Hope she gets reimbursed!
HORRIBLE SERVICE! This is not the first time. Today was the worst. My husband went inside just before closing, the customer service associate was EXTREMELY rude. He apologized for coming in just a few minutes before closing! He told her he understood she was trying to get out of there. She went on to tell him very rudely how she would have to stay late now and proceeded to kick boxes out of her way. I will be sending a message to the owner! Need to work on their customer service!
DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR PRINTING SERVICES!!!!! I was helping someone in another state with their WILL and sent the information to their local UPS Store Merritt Island Causeway to be printed for them to pick up. I gave them the order number, etc. When they went to pick it up, they were told it had been given to someone else by the MANAGER, Leah. Let me make it clear that NO ONE else had been provided the order number or name for the printing. The MANAGER, Leah, had no idea who she gave the information to. She said someone came in and said they had printing to pick up, so she gave everything on the printer to them. She ADMITTED she didn't ask them for an order number or name or any form of identification. She just gave them whatever was on the printer. The person obviously didn't have a name or order number and was not asked to present any form of identification for pickup of documents that were CLEARLY MARKED LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT and included personal and confidential information. The manager refused to provide so much as a phone number for the district manager. She said she wasn't allowed to give out that information. I was given a generic email address to a UPS store number. To add insult to injury, when the manager printed too many copies of the documents, instead of going ahead and giving them to the RIGHTFUL person picking them up, she shredded the extra copies in front of them. I am contacting corporate directly. Unfortunately, I do now see a pattern of complaints concerning this store with the person replying always blaming the customer or having some other excuse. I should have read the poor reviews prior to trusting them to do basic due diligence of asking for at least an order number, name, or what sort of information had been printed.
What a waste of time today. I booked an appointment for a notary only to get there and find out they don't have one. The person quit and they won't update the website or put a sign in the window to state no Notary services. I will stick with the UPS store in Cape Canaveral. They always provide great service. They had a notary on site and signed off my documents right away. Merritt Island is a waste of time.
EVERY time I come here, they are soooo slow. There's always a line. Get your act together. There are other UPS stores and I will gladly drive to them.
went to this store and shipped 2 packages out same day internationally both were scanned and 1 reached its destination and the other was scanned but no movement on the package went to store 5 days later and the staff showed they scanned item also and stated the owner would do something about the issue but in the meantime I went to the rockledge office and had them check on the issue as well and was told for me to contact the UPS international loss services did that also. Called store numerous times and was told that the GM was there and they would call me back not call back from anyone their after leaving staff about 3 messages in a 5 day span not good service had to do all the claim work myself without any assistance from this store not good customer service at all Update October 27th received a call from store employee Shannon who is wonderful that the package was found inside of the store after 90 days and no contact or concern from the GM or Owner!
If I could give zero stars I would. I waited in line for 20+ minutes while they tried to figure out how to print my passport photo. The entire time one of the employees was complaining in the back about the GM that runs apparently all the brevard county UPS stores. So now I have to go somewhere else to get my picture printed-Even though this is a store that supposedly can print passport photos.
