I am very satisfied with the service I was given at this location! The guy did everything for me that I asked and was respectful and patient. I would go out of my way to go here again. They made 57 copies for me and scanned and emailed all 57 sheets tothe email I supplied them. It was only 28 dollars. I expected it to cost more. Great place and nice people!
Kid working here this morning charged me almost 4 dollars for a no-padding poly bag. Poly bags are supposed to cost a dollar fifty tops. It rang up as a “bubble mailer”. I asked the kid to confirm that I was buying the cheap poly bag and not a padded/bubble mailer. He assured me that they ring up the same. I worked at this exact store a couple years ago. They don’t. So either I’m being up-charged for no reason or the price of poly bags has doubled in the last year. Do better.
I was behind getting my package sent. I had run out of tape at home thinking I would buy some there. The minute I stepped in the door they wanted to know how they could help me. They were so courteous I had to give them a great review. If only the whole world could be so nice like these guys!
I am here every other week mailing paperwork. Naem who is the owner or manager has gotten to know me and he always greets me with a warm smile and good conversation and makes sure that I am well taken care of. Gem of a guy. I once had an issue with a delivery that was delayed and they took my complaint seriously and followed up.
Outstanding! Excellent service. These guys were so nice helpful and professional. Not to mention I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I will absolutely make it a priority to come back here the next time I need something notarized or sending a package.
Excellent service. I had to adjust my shipment, and their staff worked with me to solve my problem. Clean store and professional, helpful staff. Very good. 12/22 Update: Still 5-Star. Today they carried my very large box into the store. Well staffed for Christmas. Polite. Friendly.
New owner is doing a great job. Well staffed, so your In/Out times are much quicker and if you need help, they have the people there to help you. You are more than just a customer to them. They are well worth extra drive time to get there, if you want great service.
This is such a great UPS Store. The employees go above and beyond to help customers. I lost my tracking number and they were able to help me resolve the issue. Some employees have let me in after store hours so I could give them my package. Just amazing service. Thank you so much.
Prior to going to this UPS, I called to see if it was possible if anybody besides me could go there to pick up my package, but as it turns out only I can pick it up personally, which was completely fine with me and I understood completely. The next day, I go out of my way to go there early in the morning to get the package, and the same representative who I spoke to on the phone, Nieem, goes out of his way to tell me that the next time I try to call, he will refuse to accept any packages sent there and return them. And this is all because I called in to check if theres any other way to get my package. Keep in mind, I have a broken wrist and was holding my heavy package up the entire time he was lecturing me about something so ridiculous that I couldn’t believe it. I never knew calling to verify simple information was something that serious. Very rude and unprofessional, stay away from this UPS if you can.
The staff at this location is consistently friendly and efficient. I really appreciate the excellent helpful service every time I walk in the door. This staff makes UPS top notch in my eyes.
