The best UPS store I’ve ever been to, and I’m so lucky they are within walking distance. They take customer service to another level. So polite, helpful, and genuinely nice and pleasant people! Everything is always so efficient and smooth, you never go in or out worrying about your packages, sending or returning. Just a great store!
I love this UPS store. They are so kind and helpful. Even if there is a long line they are friendly and respectful, treating each customer with respect and patience when it is their turn, but will also acknowledge those in line that they will be with them soon. I love coming here never thought I’d say that about a package center.
I am typically a person that tries to make my returns through UPS as easy as possible for the staff, but ever since moving here this store has gone above and beyond. They are so incredibly nice even when super busy, incredibly helpful for any questions, patient, considerate, and never make you feel like you're a burden in their store. Because of this I never use any other UPS near me and this is always my go-to!!

My first time visiting this UPS store. I went past several other UPS stores because of the reviews for this store. I was greeted by the associate, and he helped me with shipping an Amazon return. I printed my own labels before I got there. The associate got me in and out in minutes. Customer service on this first impression seemed friendly and efficient. I will be back.
By the clock tower in Toco Hills shopping plaza. Not much of a wait and good service. It's a small store, but has all the basics needed for purchase when shipping a package. Greeting cards and PO boxes too.
I have visited this store multiple times over the past year and interacted with many different employees. Each time I have had an excellent customer service experience. The employees are kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. To the owner and staff, whatever you are doing, keep up the excellent work! I see it, and I am certain, others do too!
This is seriously the best UPS store I have ever been to. They are kind, friendly and welcoming. They put incredible attention to detail when packing items, and always go above and beyond my expectations. I have been to other UPS stores where employees will go out of their way to find excuses and cut corners. I have had other UPS stores do terrible packing jobs which resulted in damages that resulted in refunds and negative feedback on my seller accounts. If you're considering other UPS stores in the area, go ahead and make the extra haul to visit this location and I'm certain you will not be disappointed. In a world where customer service seems to be dying fast, this store seems to be holding a torch that others should follow. Thank you!
I was a frequent customer at this location and I gotta say the staff at this UPS store is truly amazing. Very fast and reliable and very pleasant to interact with. Absolutely the best service I have experienced so far. Highly recommend it.
You probably won't find a better UPS store. This store is fast and efficient. The employees are very friendly and willing to help. I needed to buy packing peanuts to safely ship something fragile. They don't use or sell packing peanuts anymore but the employee added in some other cushioning materials and even taped up the box for me.
