We had to do a remote settlement on a house and went to the UPS store to have documents notarized, scanned & emailed. Kevin was on the ball, helping us and keeping up with all of the other customers as well. He was kind, informative & had us in and out in no time. I highly recommend this UPS store. Thank you, Kevin!

I have never encountered such a rude employee at a UPS store. Tall guy, blonde beard. Yuck.
From all these reviews it seems better than most UPS stores. But there are two employees who are rude from what it seems like and my own experience wasn’t pleasant. I had this lady chide me for not standing back the sign and just gesture to where to go without explaining. Her tone wasn’t appreciated either.
I cannot thank the employees of this store enough for amazing customer service! Brandon went far above what was expected to follow up on a package that we needed to have tracked and routed back to us. The package had been overnighted, so time was of the essence. His personal attention to our problem means the world. Also, Kevin kept us up to date with the progress being made, and I really appreciate his service as well! I will be using this store for all my shipping needs and telling others about the awesome employees there.
Horrible service..drove a 45 lbs printer there to get shipped..needed help getting it out truck and was told they couldn't help because of liability issues..ok..I guess i understood tht part..but not one person even came to hold the door open for me. Then this man wit dreadlocks gonna say he need us to calm down because he sense some animosity. Oh really..u think? Not too mention he showed complete incompetence through the whole ordeal. Will never ship anything from there again
Received very exceptional service from Kevin at this location. Their customer service speaks volumes and I could not let this day pass without leaving a review. Thank you so much Kevin for your patience in assisting me today. You’re awesome!
Needed to do my biannual shredding. I setup an appointment, carried in my bags of paper and dumped them to be shredded. Super easy and the fellas work there even offered to help me. Thanks for good customer service. Shredding is .95 cents a pound, I think...wasn't to expensive.
This store is always busy but don't let discourage you. The people are so helpful and just good at what they do. I highly recommend this UPS store.
This UPS store is the ONLY store I do business with now! The workers at this location are absolutely amazing! There’s always a very warm & upbeat atmosphere anytime I come in. The manger, Christopher, is always so friendly and helpful no matter the situation! These guys are truly the best at what they do and I’ve personally never experienced this kind of customer service at any other location.
