I paid for 2nd day air. Yet my package has been sitting in Belton since 0600 am Friday Morning. It is Sunday and the status is a weather delay. The package is 20 Miles away from my home. There has been rain snow or any other weather except clear skies for the past 5 days. To say a weather delay is a lie. Its an excuse. I am done using UPS.
I’ve lived in CC for the past 13 years and normally have a good experience at this particular store. However, in the past few years the customer service is in the toilet. I think this is a franchise location and not a corporate. It appears that they take their customer based for granted.and act as though you have no other options. I went in on yesterday 21 Mar 22 to get a very expensive package wrapped and shipped; The young girl with glasses took care me and she was very rude and short. No pleasantries; no eye contact; just stoned faced. It’s unbelievable to me that the staff can display this type of cancerous, toxic and apathetic attitude consistently without any regards. Yesterday was my last visit; I will not be back. This organization does not deserve your business until they make a change.
When I am in Copperas Cove, I go to this UPS Store for my Amazon returns. The women employees, of whom I encounter, are always kind, friendly and knowledgeable of their job. I have never been charged for shipping tape, but I normally have one item in a small box to return. I leave the top untaped, only, so they can insert the other label inside and tape it closed. When my printer is not working, I have had shipping labels printed. It is somewhat pricey, but costs less than new toner cartridges if you print a few times yearly. A big “shout out” to Ms. E ! Thank you for your help and for making me laugh!
Drivers do not do their job properly! I had to return an item I purchased through amazon and scheduled a pickup for today. I made sure my phone was on all day, but never got a call. I was at home when they stopped by, but they did not call me, instead put my return slip into a big plastic bag and tied it to my front gate. So instead of them picking up my package now I have to find time out of work to drop it off.
Rude staff and the notary signed my document in the wrong spot, so I had to get yelled at by the recipient before going somewhere else to have it notorized.
OK if all you need to do is drop off a pre-addressed/paid box to go to Amazon. But if you need to print a label like most UPS stores do, they say their printer is broken and send you across town to the library just to print a label. Not convenient. Currently hard to get in and out due to construction but even on a good day, they have limited parking on a steep slope. Don't try it when it is icy or if you have a disability with your mobility.
Absolutely LOVE this store because of the women that work here! They are always so helpful, friendly, and professional. They go above and beyond to help, every single time I come in. I appreciate them so very much! Shipping, packaging, printing, notary...I've used it all and will continue to do so as they are my "go to". From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything you do and especially for your help today!
Our experience at this UPS location was perfect. It’s near the holidays so we had braced ourselves for a...rough...experience. We were pleasantly surprised. The line moved very fast, the employee did a wonderful job packing up all our boxes and keeping all the addresses straight. Real hustle with a smile. Keep it up!
It says it opens at 8am online and on the door but it's 8:57am and it's still closed.
Worst customer service that I have ever encountered. I would not have given a star at all, but the app will not let me give an unfilled star and be able to post this. The Asian woman at the counter made several errors in not only my shipping requirements, but became indignant when I attempted to restate my requests to her, and correct her errors. Of course my package is still sitting there at the store 3 days later. I truly believe that if you dont like your job, you should quit. Acting entitled, indignant and incompetent all at once is not a good combination for a business to run well. After reading several other reviews of this UPS store location, I understand now that I should not have used this location. I sent 3 packages to the same address and 1 of the packages arrives 2 days after the others...how does that happen...plain old incompetence.
