Always a smooth, fast and headache free stop at this store. Jen is just amazing, she really knows her stuff when it comes to logistics. Also used the notary and had a better experience than other places. This is the only place that I do my shipping.

I do a lot of business with this UPS location, probably few times a week and i love this place, fair prices, friendly and helpful staff. Jen, Jason and all other guys are people that i can really trust with my packages.

Matt is extreme rude. Treats everyone like he is better than them. He talks down to them and belittles customers. There is a young lady who is super kind, it's a shame she has to be associated with him. I'd rather drive an hour to ship a package than go back to this store.
We drove an hour to get there and barely made it with a minute to spare. Literally we walked in at the last minute on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. We apologized and we we’re greeted with two of the kindest people every. Thank you for your fine employees. We appreciate your Butler PA store.

My barcode to return an item did not work……Employee, Matt took the time to find my original email with barcode, reprint it and it worked!! I am extremely grateful to Matt and his skill on computers and his great customer service!! Thank you, Matt!!
