I usually go to this UPS to return my Amazon items. The service is fast and convenient. The service associates are friendly. I’ve never had an issue at this location. I love that this location has free parking.
Horrible experience with the lady in the store named "Scarlet". I had 6 boxes to return and reached the store by 6.50pm. She refused to take the Amazon boxes saying system shuts down automatically at 7pm and surprisingly it was only 6.50pm, so I figured out she was lying! Rest of the employees were ready to help me, it was only this lady who was very inconsiderate! Finally, a gentleman named "John" took my boxes and said he will take care of it! Thanks to John! If there's a manager for this place, please take this review into consideration! Scarlet should be warned for closing the store before 7pm.
Apparently the rude attitude of management has trickled down to his employees. Don’t go there. It seems whenever Amazon claims not to have received my return it’s from this store. Just checked an item I dropped off yesterday and it’s not showing as scanned today. Avoid because they are incompetent and have rude attitudes!
I have been using this store for over 10 years. Only because it is conveniently located at a place I can get to easily. It used to be horrible, everything from losing mail and blaming it on the post office, and putting mail in the wrong boxes, it was run by a cute old couple who couldn't keep up with the new technologies. Now under the new management it's only slightly better. Today they locked me out of my box a week earlier than the when payment was due. When I asked them why that happened no apologies, just said you should have service for another week but I recommend you pay it now. I see some of the other comments saying the owner is cheap and rude
I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here in this store. From Amazon returns, mailing heavy boxes on my own or even getting documents notarized. The employees work hard and the wait is never too long. This is my “go to” store….
**DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FROM HERE** I’m an online seller and usually use USPS or FedEx, but ofcourse the one time I try UPS, they literally lose my package. I dropped it off here to be shipped, a tracking number was formed but it’s been a week and there’s 0 information on the tracking. Mind you this is a $750 item, and all they tell me is “well this usually doesn’t happen and there’s nothing we can do”. To all reading this, you’ve been warned.
If you're returning an item to Amazon and the box isn't already taped closed, they make you buy a roll of tape for $5 to close it -- even though they have packing tape behind the counter & can do it for you. This is the only UPS store I've ever been to that I've seen do this.
Friday before Christmas. Despite the fact that one of their computers was down, one of their employees was packing five boxes for me while working on the phone to try to get the computer fixed. The other employee was systematically taking the other customers professionally even though the line was very long. I was there long enough to see everything get back to normal. Best news is I tracked all five packages and they are on their way for delivery tomorrow. Hats off to this UPS Store location - great staff and great service!
Very friendly and courteous employees. Clean inside and organized. And they seem well stocked with supplies. However, i can’t recall ever being charged $1.00 to tape my box closed. It seemed like a scheme to cover costs, which i get because i can choose not to use this UPS store. And that in itself is true Capitalism. And as i understand they’re all independently owned. So that falls on me. Maybe this is a new thing amongst all UPS stores to implement $1.00 taping fee. But I’ve never had a UPS store ask me to pay to tape my box. Come on.
I WANTED TO ADD AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: This store is in a very busy plaza, and the new owner John, is very organized and has really turned this store around. I get email notices of any major packages that don't fit in my mailbox. You sign for packages on a digital pad. I've been with this UPS store for 3 years and the new regime is worlds better than the the older one. Many times there are lines coming out of the store, mostly because of the silly 6 foot Covid rule which many people comply with despite the fact that numerous reports have come out contradicting a lot of the practices that were mandated when we were overrun by a sickness that decimated over half the world's population. Besides all that the place is always clean, machinery updated constantly, and I get every single package sent to me at this address. Bravo John!
