I've had some pretty bad experiences there recently. The staff is always nice, but several weeks ago, they failed to get my package delivered when promised, causing me to redo my order for my customer. As well, the past 2 times I've gone in, their systems were down. I was told they'd been down 5 times the past couple weeks. They'll need to get this situated.
Jen and her crew are the best I've ever experienced with a shipping and printing store. Ever since I opened a mailbox with them, for 7 months now, they've been so nice and offer to help in anyway they can. When I finally launched my business, Jen began telling all her customers about our business. She's an amazing cheerleader for our company. The other guys are so cool and chill and have helped put heavy boxes in my car for me. Today I needed to have vouchers printed on card stock and cut. It was done in a blink of an eye and all I had to do was go in and they were waiting for me. I would recommend everyone to have their services done here. You won't regret it.
I am so grateful forJen at the UPS store in Noblesville. I have frequent printing needs and she is the master at her craft of getting the perfect print!!! Just watching her energy in action makes me want to take a nap. Customer service at its finest!
As a long-time resident of Hamilton County, I do whatever I can to support businesses owned/operated by a member of our community. This is one of those businesses. The employees are warm and welcoming. In all of the years that I have stopped in, I have always been treated as though my business matters. It’s not like I do a lot of large transactions - in fact - many times, I end up dropping off items to ship back to a retailer who picks up the shipping cost. The reason I knocked off a star from this review is 1 that they cram a lot of “stuff” into a small space and 2 when it’s really busy, there’s not a clear traffic pattern for services.
The team Mundy Drive location is amazing. We have had a PO for several years and the last 3 years I have been working closely with the team. From mailing resources for suicide loss survivors across the state for AFSP, printing resources and literature for events, programs and workshops, and helping with all my random requests.... they have always been outstanding. I am always greeted with a smile. They remember names and stories and ask how events went for our chapter and are genuinely engaged in the customers they serve. I go in 2-3 times a week and always look forward to the warm welcome. All of our print jobs look way better than ones we have picked up at other vendors and there's always a speedy turn around. They truly go above and beyond. I wish I could clone them all and have them at all our other community partners and vendors. Very thankful that they take such good care of us and put so much thought and care in everything they do. Thank you Store 5753!!!!
Not sure what is going on their system but it always down at least 2 times a week in several months now and the packages will not leave their store when it is happaned, sigh.
This location is always great. Not only is it convenient and accessible but the staff have always been great every time I've needed to ship something. Got to meet a manager recently too and they were awesome as well! Definitely prefer this branch over others. Thanks for taking such great care of us!
The young gentleman at this store was so nice to me and made the process a lot easier. He was kind and friendly and made me feel at ease. I've had bad experiences at other UPS stores, but here I had an amazing experience. I was sending a care package to my fiancé who is deployed at the moment, and the clerk was so kind and helpful and was thankful for all that my fiancé has done he said to tell him thank you. I'm sad I don't live closer to this location, otherwise I would use this store all the time! Kudos to this store and its amazing staff!
I've used this store twice now and both times the same woman was working. I'm not sure if she is the owner or manager, but she is so friendly and helpful everytime. She recently helped me package a shipment more securely, and put my mind at ease. Great customer service! I will continue to use this location when I shop UPS!
Amazing experience! I had a typo in a document and noticed after it was printed. Not only did they reprint it for me, but they fixed the typo for me! so kind and always go above and beyond. Jen is so kind and even downloaded the font. Daberiel made the machine fold them for me. They did it with a smile and thanked me for coming in! You bet i'm done with staples and will always use UPS for all of my business and non-business needs! Thanks for being so kind and welcoming!
