There are no notary services here but you can make an appointment at this location for notary services online. I received a confirmation email for my appointment after scheduling. I called customer service to explain the issue and they provided me with this location to make a notary appointment again! This needs to be resolved. My time was wasted and they again incorrectly directed me to the same store. This was a time sensitive issue that is now delayed even more. I had to use my lunch break to attend the appointment and did not even get my documents notarized.
Exceptionally friendly and courteous service!! The team at this location has always been very good to me !! Thank you all very much!!!
Normally no issues at this location however it's 7:10 and they are closed, 20 minutes before their posted closing time.
The manager Mubasher is a very kind and insightful gentleman he was able to provide great service and was impressed with how fast and easy he made my returns and shipping process. I was very pleased with The managers professionalism and his ability to communicate very well!, Best UPS store in Illinois I’d recommend this one over many others. The other staff memebers were also very pleasant and everyone had a great sense of professionalism and was overall a great experience, will be doing my business only at this location from now on!
Have been using this UPS store for years. I love them!! They are always so helpful!! All of the employees go above and beyond to be helpful and they are so kind and caring! Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our community!!
Dom was incredibly helpful processing a return and went above and beyond to make it easy.
We’ve been going here for a year for basic things, no issue. On Monday, my husband brought very time sensitive legal documents to ship with tracking to arrive by Wednesday. Now it’s Thursday and the tracking still says the label is created but it hasn’t even been received by UPS. My husband has been in 3 times trying to figure out what’s going on, and the manager has been saying they’re looking into it but never gets back to us with anything. Today they’re claiming the driver must have lost it because they know it left the store… but they have no proof or record of anything, they’re just saying it must be the driver’s fault. Of course they won’t admit fault and ship our replacement documents without us paying for expedited shipping, so now we’re bringing them to USPS to resend for an additional shipping fee along with paying to stop the check lost with the original documents. They’ve cost us a lot of money and stress now, and we have to delay the purchase of our new car because they won’t reach their destination in time. Clearly customer service doesn’t matter to them, and we won’t be back to this location.
Great customer service, especially from the manager. Had an issue with a shipment, and after an agonizingly frustrating day trying to deal with various UPS call centers -5/5 stars for those human equivalents of warm public toilet seats, the manager heard my issue, promised to make it right, did make it right, and then followed up to make sure I knew the issue was resolved.
Have been using this store for 3 years. Take returns sometimes for them to mail. The last timeI went he would not take small box. They have before... he said not their policy. He was busy and had attitude. Will not go the any more.. Will go to one at 335 n. Geneva...same distance for me and nicer people.
Super attentive and very friendly staff. Very helpful and quick service. The rep took the time to explain all my shipping options and cost and made sure I was comfortable with the decision I made. Thanks! Will return again.
