It seems I came at just the right time when new management was taken over and just from the first day I walked it; the greet customer service, smiles and positive attitudes to help me by many staff is amazing! It was a breeze getting my new business mailbox & deliveries have been AMAZING! I receive text messages & emails! I also have my own key since the location is 24/7 and the staff is so kind that they have took time to know who I am by name and also bring my packages out!I have my forever UPS home!

This store has a very helpful team all the time. Shout out to Store Manager, Daniel. Everyone needs a person like him in this world. He makes going to a UPS store a very pleasant experience. Helpful, welcoming and most of all, able to explain and communicate to his customers very effectively and kindly.
The worst UPS store I have ever seen. Damien refused to accept a package I attempted to drop off. The package was already labeled and ready for delivery. He stated I would have to wait in line for a receipt despite my attempt to leave without one. He stated it was ups policy to require a receipt with drop off. I left store without service completion. I went to another store that allowed me to drop off later in the day. Horrible service do better UPS. Please retrain Damien.
I normally wouldn't think to write a review for a UPS store but I had a one of a kind experience today and had to give a shout out to Allen for his amazing customer service. He welcomes everyone as soon as they walk into the door and works fast. I noted the speed at which he processed my returns and his response was "I understand everyone is busy and has things to get back to!" You can't find this kind of customer service anywhere these days. Thanks Allen!
This UPS store has the most incredible customer service. Everyone who walks in is greeted with a warm and friendly hello. The people working there have helped me resolve a particular problem on more than one occasion. A particular shout out to Daniel who is particularly patient, and has gone above and beyond to accommodate my concerns and needs!!
It’s about time amazing customer service, and smiling faces. That’s an extra treat got taken over by new ownership and the place is rockin. Staff ready to help in. Any questions will never go on. Answered now I could say I’m happy going to my local UPS, especially since prior ownership was. So so and the other location in Edgewater the stuff is amazing. It’s the owner that tries to make every single dollar on you I went on the computer to print the label ended up costing me almost $18 to print a label need I say more so FORT LEE number one.
All the of employees at Fort Lee, NJ in are amazing. They are the best at resolving issues for customers and go above and beyond for everyone I saw while I was there! Thank you so much to Allen, Jon, Adam, and Daniel.
The single worst UPS store I have ever seen in terms of customer service. They find reasons not to accept a package or Amazon return. There is a reason why they have a 3/5 rating. The staff should actually assist customers to ship items ie conduct business. You'll end up meeting one guy that works there that uses a fake "newscaster" voice. So for that, there is 1 star.
