After years of shipping packages recently one of my parcel was not delivered. With the help of store manager Diego package showed up at the recipient door in a few days. I am so thankful! All the stuff from my local ups store in Carbondale, CO is super helpful and friendly. Thank you!
I previously wrote a 1-star review regarding regular understaffing and over-worked employees. For the past 2 months, this has gotten much better! The employees don't seem stressed out at the end of the day and they have multiple people helping each other out. Also, the employees are really friendly and efficient but this has always been the case. The team there does great work, thanks for supporting them!
they will not release your package unless you pay 20 dollars for anything you send to this location. Horrible place.
The manager is anti-Semitic and extremely rude. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. She complained to us about the size of our packages and that she would have to help load them onto the truck. We had to go back for a refund of $6 since it was our clients card and she made a very rude and demeaning comment of "Are you Jewish?" Truly unacceptable. I hope UPS fires the manager of this store.
I’ve had a mailbox for 6 weeks now and still have not received a key. The staff is rude most of the time. I asked to recycle some cardboard from a package with them and they said we don’t do that. I’ve DONE that at 4 other locations. Take your business elsewhere if possible.
a lot have been changed in this town lately, it's also this staff of this place. i had dropped off my return package back to my merchandise. while i was waiting for the boy, he was packing the package of the customer before me. I was really surprised about how he packed those stuff. it can ripped off during the transferred or something. back to my story, i gave him 3 packages and labels, he got everything and said "all set" after he done labeled on my 2 of packages not the 3rd one so i left. i have should wait and see when he was done label all 3. a few days later, i got my package in my mail box the 3 rd one that he was not label on well i have to go back to the shop and they still have my label. luckily it seem like it's a small thing but to drive back to the shop again, it require time when you are busy.
Last March, I had shipped our ski gear out to the store from Philadelphia and due to a Nor'easter our flights to Aspen were cancelled. We ended up scrapping the trip to Snowmass. That same day I called the store and had them turn around and ship everything to Stowe VT. The store owner was a pleasure and very helpful.
DO NOT USE THIS STORE. The Manager of this store Kusan Pandit is a liar. I was promised a Saturday delivery. I was charged $114. The deliver did not arrived until the following week. I requested a refund and was told that there was bad weather on Jan 3rd in Denver which there was not. Kusan said he would put in a request for a refund. Which he did not. DONT USE THIS STORE!!! They are also not a member of the Better Business Bureau. No surprise there.
The people working at this store are always very helpful whether gathering our incoming packages and mail or facilitating outgoing shipments. They are personable and make the experience of going to the store something we look forward to. Real home town feel!
**My package sat at the store for FIVE DAYS** before it got sent out. Took my mom's birthday present to be shipped. Receipt says Sat, 9/3/16 @ 11:44 am. Was told it was due to arrive on Thurs 9/8/16. On Sat 9/10/16 my mom had not received it so I called the store & was told they would look into it and call me back in a few minutes. After waiting an hour I called back and they still had no info for me. Not having much confidence in the reliability of the store at this point I called 1-800-PICK-UPS® and was told that the package did not leave the store until Thursday 9/8. My pkg sat there for 5 days! I will **NOT** PICK UPS® in Aspen ever again.
