Terrible Experience with UPS Delivery Services. Not only did they manage to deliver not one, but two of my packages to the wrong addresses, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience, but they also had the audacity to insist that I sign for a package that has been delayed solely due to their own incompetence.  The mishandling of my packages is a clear indication of UPS's lack of attention to detail and disregard for their customers' needs. It's incredibly frustrating to trust a delivery service THAT USED TO BE GOOD with your packages, only to have them mishandled and misplaced, causing unnecessary delays and headaches.  What's even more infuriating is their insistence that I sign for a package that has been delayed due to their own internal issues. It's as if they expect me to bear the brunt of their mistakes and inefficiencies. Not to mention when I take my own time in attempts to recover my package at the store they say that have no idea where it is. This kind of customer service is simply unacceptable and speaks volumes about UPS's lack of accountability and professionalism.  I have lost both valuable time and trust in UPS's ability to provide reliable and competent delivery services. It's disheartening to see a company with such a well-known reputation fail so miserably in fulfilling their basic responsibilities. They used to be my favorite but I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their packages to UPS, as my recent experiences have been nothing short of terrible

I have had some great experiences at the UPS Store! Ruby was very patient in helping understand the process of shipping a package and willing to help me with a Amazon return as well!

I ship things quite often and use varying postal services and found that each UPS Store is individually owned and operates very differently. This particular store is very friendly, however, has more expensive rates for products and services than other stores. In addition, charges for services that you would normally receive free at The UPS Store off Rd 68 in Pasco.

Paid to ship a package next day air from this store, and 3 days later it still has not been delivered and only shows that a label has been created. Tried to call the store to find out where the package is and got sent to a call center that also could not tell me where the package is and couldn't authorize a refund. If you have a shipment that actually needs to arrive at its destination, do not use this UPS store. You'd be better off with the post office or FedEx

Very rude woman running the store.  Told me I had to print a label, shoved a sign in my face, and started helping the next customer.

Actually I give no rating. I shipped a pkg to Georgia. When she got it everything was taken out but 1 item. She refused it and it is coming back to me. So I'm out almost $50 and they won't do a thing!! Theft within!!!

My mother came to ship a package to me that contained 10 ounces of silver. She shipped and paid for the label on the 22nd of august. They never shipped the package. The information online on the tracking simply says label created and nothing else. I believe there is a thief in this store. There is internal error. The package never left the building and now I’m out of $250 dollars. Never ship anything here of value. They will steal it!

Went in to ship my computer and was told that they were not able to pack it despite what there website says. I asked for the box they would recommend for shipping a computer with glass panels and what they would recommend for packing it since they wouldn’t do it. All the glass panels on my computer were broken when I received and the graphics card was bent. Since they didn’t pack it I was ineligible to purchase insurance for it so around $600 in damage in the shipping process that I have to eat the cost of. If you’re shipping valuables I wouldn’t recommend it just based on them for whatever reason being unable to pack it and then allow you to purchase the insurance with the Pack and Ship it guarantee. Package was 42.00 pounds and cost around $110 to ship. The case is also bent on the top it would appear despite the fragile stickers used on it, it was used in a load bearing position and it being a desktop is obviously not meant to bear a load. The staff is nice enough but irritating to be told that they won’t pack it despite what the website says and then given a poor recommendation for box and packing and then when I called them they said they had a larger box that would’ve been more appropriate for shipping glass. Additionally they said over the phone that they do offer to pack it for you but when I brought it in and asked they were unable to help me. UPS will not cover the cost of the damages because I was unable to purchase insurance because I packed it myself in the store with the supervision of an employee who was making recommendations. It is what it is at the end of the day but I would’ve shipped through elsewhere if I had known that my package would be “thrown around” while moving from truck to truck. If you’re shipping a t-shirt and want it to be there when they say this is your place but for valuables I would try elsewhere.

Usually love UPS stores, but the lady here was rude and absolutely worthless, left and will complete at a friendlier store.
